PLS has been helpful throughout our journey of buying our first house. Being first time buyers, it was not going to be easy without brilliant solicitors as PLS special mention to Sarah and Lauren for their dedication throughout the process. The portal is easy to navigate you can track your progress without any hustle. I only gave a 4 instead of 5 because of communication which was sometimes had a little bit of hiccups. We believe and understand sometimes it was probably due to their demanding job but we believe this can be improved especially in responding to mails timely. Found the portal a bit overwhelming but the team is great.
I found the portal a bit overwhelming initially, so many tabs and documents to go through and generally having to work out where things were on my own- this may not bother everyone but as a middle aged person I guess I find interacting only through an online portal rather cold. I did however have several phone calls to the team and found them very helpful, cheerful and friendly which softened the whole experience greatly. I would use PLS again knowing that behind the portal there is a team of friendly humans!
