I got an email advertising a new plugin…
I got an email advertising a new plugin for $49 (XLN DB-30) but when I clicked the link it was $99. I reached out to PB thinking this is bait-n-switch and that they may help me. They never even responded. I bought the plugin at $99 and like it, just disappointed in the false advertising and lack of response. Any response would have been appreciated.

I purchased a Rhodes anthology software…
I purchased a Rhodes anthology software vst on Sunday and downloaded everything only to receive a code meter app that only states that the license on my 2025 mac book pro - thunderbolt os was activated and cannot find the vst anywhere even though I’m using an apple garage band app that this product is supposed to work with …. I then sent your customer service facet a message asking for technical guidance 4 days ago and have heard absolutely nothing in return….i want my money back forthwith as this was the is an atrocious situation all around!!!!!

It was a very bad experience
It was a very bad experience. I bought an interesting and potentially useful plugin, which actually has a very serious bug in the UI, which makes it impossible to use it in professional work. The next day, I sent a request to the support service to return my money and close the license, because I do not want to use such a poor-quality product. However, so far my request has not been granted. Very poor product quality and poor customer service quality. I'm very disappointed.
