Everything was fantastic, from pick up, to return. Easy access, map to locate vehicle via app ect.... car itself, can't fault it. 5/5 stars , highly recommend

As soon as I got the key to enable my Tesla app to add the rental car, everything was golden. I could use the Superchargers just as though it were my own car, and it even set my seat settings from my very own Tesla to the rental.
For drop off, we arranged a time and she met us at the airport drop off, and it was just perfect.

Fiona was a great person to rent from.

Available when we had charging issues (do your research on charging stations in New Zealand AND whether they will allow use of their app to start charging, almost always required via the app, on a phone set with at least Google's app store set to a different country. Downloading of the app is NOT necessarily an indication of this!).

Was able to change pickup location from more or less the bottom of the country, to close to the top of the country, rather close to pickup time (good luck in the commerical operators doing this for you!).

So glad my family was able to visit home, and still be a Green Kiwi, through Fiona's hiring of her Tesla's!

Renting an EV from Mike and Fiona was a breeze. They were both incredibly helpful and made the entire process straightforward. The car was in excellent condition, and the return process was just as easy. Highly recommend!

Fiona was really accomodating and friendly. She took me through the car functionality and made sure I was happy and good to go. Returning it was also a low-stress and low-effort exercise.

We came all the way from Canada and rented Fiona's model Y. It was my first time driving the tesla and Fiona picked us up at the airport and took her time to explain everything to us. We drove the car from Auckland all the way down to Christchurch. Along the way we experienced a flat tire, Fiona was able to help us sort it out with Tesla and we got a replacement tire very quickly so we could continue the road trip. The drive was super smooth and we didn't feel any range anxiety at all.
The return was super easy. Since we had an early flight we left the car in the parking lot and let Fiona know where we parked and that was it. If I visit New Zealand again I will definitely rent from Fiona again.
