Ongoing Unresolved Issue
Following the correspondence over the past approximately three months, and based on your team’s recommendation to pursue this matter internally with the relevant department, no result has been achieved despite the significant time that has passed.
Furthermore, the last email I received from your side, after multiple follow-ups on my part, was merely a copy-paste of the initial response, which was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
I would like to make it clear that I intend to pursue this case through the DIFC Courts. After wasting such a considerable amount of time, which has genuinely left me deeply disappointed, I have already provided all related documents and classified evidence to my lawyer accordingly
