no correct organization

they deducted 200 euros from my visa for damage I did not cause, more than 2 years of trying to make this clear but this organization is clearly not correct.

Take a breath….

Have been using Pluscar for over 10 years now, have found them to be reliable and friendly, it does get a little busy at times during pick up but that is the price you pay for affordable car hire.

There is no premium insurance, no deposits, no excess and no paying for fuel upfront.

I just wonder why people have a problem with smaller businesses, you can’t expect Harrods service at Lidl prices. Some people really need to take a breath sometimes, you are on holiday and the price you are paying for your car for a week is less than a taxi there and back to your resort. Wise up…..

We booked car online but booking went…

We booked car online but booking went trough mine office when we arrived in grand canaria we call them but women said there is no bookings on the system on our names,after I sent couple screen shots with my booking details we get the car witch is good nice car good price just one think there's no actual pulscar office at the airport.staff very friendly no deposit for the car so 99%was good

Bunch of chancers

They took €400 from my account on 14/11/23 without prior warning for the car which was returned on 9/11/23
The damage was already on the car which when I pointed out to the employee he laughed and nodded his head
We took photos of said damage and sent them to pluscar. However they have failed to respond to any emails

Pluscar Gran Canaria - the best
Easy and understandable website.
Fast reply and confirmation of booking.
Very fast hand over of choosen car at airport carpark at 9 pm.
Payment on site worked perfect and no deposit requested.
Petrol policy is very fair, just return it as you got it.
Return was just as seemles as the pick up. Just leave the parking ticket in the car and dorp the key at the assigned drop of point.
They trust you - you trust them.
I will for sure use PlusCar again - no doubt

I have always booked with plus car…

I have always booked with plus car until now!
I accept that they can be late etc becuase thats normal. But when THEY or whomever had the car until I got it at the airport parkinglot much later then we agreed on and they fine me with a speeding ticket on a time when i STILL was inside the airplane and had just landet 5 minutes ago. Thats unacceptable behavior!!! And now I have to call the company and DGT to find a solution and explain etc. Pendejo

We booked online Pluscar Gran Canaria .
25/07/20 for one wk( great price no hidden cost (£79
On arrival at airport could not find plus car meeting area
Could not see anyone to meet us waiting about hour .
We asked at car hire desk in airport TOPCAR for price
We explained our situation However TOPCAR Shown no empathy & used it as opportunity to use extortion by increasing Car hire Price three times price!
Luckily our phone rang it was PLUS CAR asking where about we were in the airport as he had been little late & missed us coming into arrivals & was waiting in car park in the airport opposite the petrol station with the car .
The man was very apologetic & took us 5 minutes to office sign & paid agreed price .
Then got our car &drive to our hotel in Puerto Rico
Later return car to same spot as pick up in airport
Apart from the initial mix up on arrival I’d definitely
Book with Plus Car again without hesitation.
The price is what you see & pay no hidden costs
However a credit card security is needed .
Remember this covid & difficult time all so little empathy goes long way after all we all in this together
I fully recommend Plus car
Just remember to make sure you have Their contact number incase of something wrong at arrivals .

I have booked cars with PlusCar Gran…

I have booked cars with PlusCar Gran Canaria twice, and have a booking also made for July 2020.
All inclusive rates, no hidden fees, the staff at the Airport is quite nice and they give you all the information you need.
The cars may not be brand new or the latest models, but good enough for your needs during your stay at Gran Canaria.
I do recommend Plus Car to all tourists.

IT has to bee the worst experience…

IT has to bee the worst experience ever. When we arrived the office impossible to find. After 1 hour i called the number. There is no office. And the mand told US to wait 1 hour for the car! I called the office. They hanged Up. So we ended up taking a taxi all week since All cars were bookes. Avoid this compagny.

Have rented cars from Plus Car many…

Have rented cars from Plus Car many times....always super easy and a stress free experience. The most recent time, I had a few issues (which were my own fault regarding my driving license), but 'Plus Car' helped smooth these over.

Collected the car from their Gran…

Collected the car from their Gran Canaria airport office for a week, the staff member was very helpful (and smiled!) within a few minutes we were on our way. The return was equally as pleasant an experience with no hassle. I will certainly use them again when in the Canaries. Thank you

Pluscar Gran Canaria

Simple, efficient, excellent value for money. No hassles about selling you things you don't want. Easy pickup and return in car park. I have hired many cars both through business and for leisure - I have to say this was one of the easiest and best experiences of the whole lot. The car itself had a few scratches but quite frankly, that's exactly what you want if you're negotiating the narrow towns and continuous mountain hairpins here. Will use again.

Excelent deal with Pluscar

Excelent deal with Pluscar. We got almost new car for a friction of price compared to other countrys we travelled to.
Yes, their service is simple, they have no office, no much staff etc, a bit confusion finding them.. but that is all in our favor - They can offer good price, full insrance, second driver, 2 baby seats and the new car itself for the price other companys would charge just for baby seats!
My only reservation is that baby seats were realy dirty. - Please clean the covers occasionaly. Mamas dont like it..

Have rented 2 cars now

Have rented 2 cars now. And both with Bo problems it exstra cost at all . I highly recomand to use pluscar og you go too gran canaria . First time er rented mini cooper caprio. Nice var for 2 peps. Second time Mazda cx 5 automatic. Very very Nice car for 4 peps. And The diesel on gran canaria costed 99cent euro. So cheap to drive . We drove 1400km in it and loved The car in The mountains with The awd

Children seats so dirty and communications incorrect

Got to say my 2nd experience with Plus Car was not a positive one. The instructions about finding them that they email out is now out of date. They are not located on the B floor but rather on A, so you need to find them here. I had to call the guy to ask where they are.

The car itself was as expected, could maybe of done with a little clean but the fact they supplied 2 baby seats which where absolutely dirty and vile. I put on my request that we have a 3 year old and specified the stage of seat yet they supplied a seat for an infant. We ended up having to borrow an child booster seat from a place beside our resort. They were kind enough to lend us one.

While the payment, car were fine, you need to improve you communication with customers and ensure they are given what is requested.

On the matter of the dirty moldy car seats, both should be in the bin, you need to take more pride in your service as we won't be using you again now as a result of this, just can't risk getting filthy seats from you again.

Best hire car experience ever.

The booking system works and is quick - I enquired and the response came within 24hrs with confirmation of what was available. Prices were the same as advertised on the website.
Pick up was easy. Car only had 2000k on the clock, was clean and undamaged with a half full tank. Everything was included in the price - fully comp insurance, the lot (no checking for scratches before you drive away) - and that price I found reasonable and competitive. The petrol policy was fair - bring it back as you found it (and after an experience with a different firm on another island this was something I felt really mattered). And drop off was again easy - take it back where you found it and leave the key under the mat! If you're going to the Canaries, honestly, look no farther if you want a car.
