Ordered a jacket online quick and cheap delivery to UK. Unfortunately jacket was not suitable. Returned to UK returns address and was promptly refunded full amount. Good service.

Excellent service and fast despatch
I didn’t read the reviews until after I’d ordered and I was a bit worried I’d even receive item.
I’m very pleased to say that the service from PM Outdoor was fantastic. I had tried to order the bag from the UK but it was out of stock and the colour was being discontinued.
I ordered late on a Wednesday and I received the item today, Monday.
Item was delivered by Parcel Force on behalf of GLS.
Don’t believe all the negative comments and give these guys a try.

Bought three Rab tops for the price of just over 1 and the postage was only Euro 7.50. Everything arrived really quickly and there were plenty of emails telling me the status of my order. I couldn't have been happier with the service from this company

Excellent - could not fault
Excellent.
Ordered my Fjall Raven poncho on 23/09 was delivered on 27/09. Shipping was not only fast but cheap and could track the whole time.
Buying from PM Outdoor I was able to buy my item £40 cheaper than UK.
I would definitely recommend this company and will definitely buy from them again.

International delivery (Netherlands) OK
Sending to the Netherlands was good, no shipping costs which is great. Took about 6-7 days which is absolutely not bad! Package was OK, nothing wrong with that.
To everybody who is complaining about their refunds: I disagree with your low rating because it takes long. In my experience other shops take equally as long, if not longer. If you are hesitating about buying a pack, try it on first in a local shop before you purchase it online (like we did)
We saved over 180 euros on 4 packs during this sale. For me this absolutely compensates for bad service (which it wasn't)

Fast and trustworthy!
Order tuesday, free delivery thursday to Bruges (Belgium): FAST! :-) Something went wrong with my discount, I reported it. Without much hope, because I don't trust webshops quickly ;-) But the customer service was VERY helpful and understanding! Two days later they refunded my €34 discount, with a friendly apology :-) How many webshops would give back money after the sale? This webshop appears to be VERY trustworthy, I'm very satisfied!

Tuesday, late at night I ordered a sleeping bag.
Wednesday, I got ordering confimation and later shipping information.
Friday morning I receivede the package in Denmark.
