2 way Radios arrived in perfect order ,well packaged..but unable to use them till licence came.Upon legally using under licence conditions,I found them to have an excellent range,well built to withstand rugged use.I only use them to keep in contact with my disabled Wife when I have to go to the shops,Hospital etc,as it is simpler for her to operate than her phone..only one button!! Would definately recommend them and the Company where I bought them from..PMC TELECOM.

The phones arrived on time and were strait forward
to set up.
After three weeks of use I have not had any problems with the phones. It is a pity that they do not have an inbuilt caller blocker system.

Shocking product and customer service.
I bought a "refurbished" headset to get a bargain - well what a bad decision! The supposedly refurbed headset arrived and it had an earbud cushion which was literally falling to bits. I bought replacements and as I removed the one sent with it, it fell to bits in my hand - very, very old, and clearly "uninspected" by PMC. Then I found that, as I installed the dongle supplied, it was so old that there were two more recent versions. I bought the latest to be up to date.
Then the unit would not connect to my PC. PMC said to return it for inspection.
They then told me it was irreparable and either they could dispose of it or they could return it to me - not working. !!!!!
I complained. Then I was told that the dongle I had returned was older than the one they supplied! Yeah sure - I just happened to have an older Plantrocis dongle lying around which I returned to them and kept their newer one!! Haha - ridiculous.
It's a lesson for me - last time I bought as "as new - upopened box" product it was fantastic and a bargain. This time I acted hastily, bought a pile of garbage, and it ended up costing me more than a new one would have done. My bad.
I will obvs NOT be buying from PC again. I see they have many good reviews: it seems I got the bad product and bad customer service. I will be more careful...
UPDATE: Having read my 1* review the company phoned and - finally showing an element of good customer service to me - offered me a refund. The condition was that I change the review. I declined as this was too little, too late. I rarely complain, but in this case I make an exception. Take care.
