Heated vest!!
I bought a heated vest but the size was very small, i order 2XL= XL size but I got the S size,i had to return the heat vest.(on the package was written 2XL=XL).
The company employees should check the quality and also the size or other defects before they send this or any other products they sell.
With this quality check the company will have better reviews and small chances that a costumer to return the product.

You have received 2XL exactly as it says on the package and on the vest. And as it appears regarding this product, they run small in size. The information appears on the article. As far as quality is concerned, we haven't had any problems, and I don't know if you've bought anything else from us that you've had any problems with. Our products are of high quality, which is backed by solid service. It was sad that the vest did not fit you, so we offered the return shipping in this case.

Need improvement!
The massage chair is good when you are already sitting on it, but getting on it is a struggle and quite dangerous if an adult is not allowed to stand or step with pressure on the foot rest, they should have made it more accessible, I cannot imagine my mom being able to use it without falling or getting hurt in the process if you cannot stand on the foot rest and must hop straight to the chair carefully instead. I am 160 cm and having a hard time getting on it since I was told I cannot stand on the foot rest to get in but must hop straight to the chair.

Very responsive team: asked questions using web form, got immediate response. Got heads up about delivery & delivery team were very professional and helpful. Massage chair is of good quality, even though not the most expensive model. I’m very happy in general with this supplier ☺️
