They look nothing like the photo and terrible sizing! Will not be ordering again. Very poor quality

I put a review and I sent pippa O Conor a message saying I liked the new tan lovely colour payoff but there is a horrible smell of fish off the tan must be the neroli hadn’t even the manners to reply and not only that did not show my review why ask for a review if it’s not going to be shown.. that’s not a full representation of a brand good or bad.. I won’t be buying off this brand again.. im very disappointed I’ve bought her up products, her poco clothing and her makup & Tan I’m all for honesty and manners it costs nothing.. at €28 a pop give honest feedback at least acknowledgment.

Purchased pair of tapered jeans in size 10. Very small sizing, material very heavy. No customer service. Post and package fee paid at the time of purchase plus return postage fee. Would not recommend this company

Purchased black blazer. Overpriced for quality of blazer.

I have previously ordered jeans (city crop) which I adore, ordered tapered pair from latest range and sizing completely off. Also denim material is inferior, stiff and very uncomfortable to wear. Return cost ridiculous!!! Also ordered navy leggings and they are awful. See through horrible fabric. Stuff is such bad quality. Avoid at all costs.

Have alot from poco in jeans and they r great .ordered the new skinny ones sizing all wrong length wrong ordered short still to long.got a scarf v bad quality for the price..returned 3 weeks ago still no sign of refund have emailed them keep telling that there is delays wth an post.sent copy of receipt and all.im get v mad so slow.checked in the post office told me all back logs are sorted

So disappointed with the new tapered jeans. I have a few jeansfrom poco that fit perfectly, I'm a size 16, so I ordered the size again the jeans are gorgeous and although they will go on, there is no way they will close on my waist. Have to return them. I will order the bigger size but am not confident about the fit.

Bought Poco leggings and T-shirts. Extremely disappointed with the quality of materials in the various items. Sizing and quality of material very poor. The leggings keep slipping down. I mentioned the poor quality to a staff member at the Poco shop in the Kildare village shop and the staff member agreed with me. Definitely not worth the money and will not be purchasing any Poco products again.

Bought the leather leggings they keep falling down - really annoying. Got on sale so at least I didn't pay full price

Bought the leather look leggings … They do not stay up at all .. when walking they literally falling down .. this is my first day wearing them and will be my last .. i bought them on sale TG . but still waste of money. Bad quality Full price 85 euro .. absolute joke .. I have bought ones from penny’s and more better quality . i have bought the mac and happy with that .. very disappointed

Terrible fitting, poor quality.
It’s clear there is no quality control at the clothes ‘factory’. I got 3 items recently on sale. The ‘sports’ gear constantly rolls down and I have to pull it up between every rep.
The joggers are literally made back-to-front!! The weirdest fit of any pants I’ve ever owned. The crotch area is all baggy and the bum is all flat, the most uncomfortable things ever because the back is dropping when I sit. I bought similar in Penneys since and they’re far better quality and fit.
I cannot comment on the washing as I didn’t have them on long enough to warrant a wash, and am in no rush to wear them again. Complete waste of money.
Thank God I didn’t buy full price jeans!! Never again.

Have had several orders from Poco now. Love the sweatshirts and the jeans! Great quality, wash well and retain shape, never had an issue with the brand. My only complaint would be the returns policy, expensive to return and refunds are slow.. maybe the team could look at this!

Delivery is very expensive, considering price of order. Returned 3 pairs of jeans as quality of denim was sub-standard and considering that l ordered the short leg, they were about 3 inches too long and l'm 5'4. Also returned the leather look jeans, very bad quality and looked extremely fake and 'plastic' on (size 10). Also very expensive to return items. Will not be ordering again.

Expensive return pricing. I ordered 2 pairs of jeans and they were too big. I then ordered the smaller sizes and when I went online to arrange the return of my original delivery, I was very disappointed to see that it was another €5.95 charge (same price as the original shipping cost). This is extremely overpriced and as a result I will not be ordering anything from this site again.

I took a chance and splurged on these jeans, I normally go river island or even tesco but thought I'd give them a chance. I loved them and treated them so well ,not over washing etc. After only a few months of wearing these they are already worn in between the legs and the denim coming away from the stitching! I've had Tesco jeans last years!!

I recently purchased one of the new striped shirts which arrived today. Quality extremely poor. Sizing terrible. Won't be purchasing anything again. Would not recommend buying these shirts.
I also notice the review I put up on the Poco instagram page along with other negative reviews from others customers were all deleted. Very disingenuous. Happy to take the good feedback only....it's an honest review from honest customers

Really disappointed with my recent purchase of the cross over leggings. Honestly I would advise to buy them anywhere else the fit & quality is really bad ! 100% not worth €50 👎🏼

I was very excited to purchase the black trench coat. I wore a few times over a number of weeks and was pleased.
I then followed the care instructions as per the coat to DRY CLEAN ONLY I brought to a reputable dry cleaners who I have used for years and take care of a number of branded coats blazers etc.
They noted with me on collection that they had cared as per instructions but coat was faded to nearly a dark grey and the buckles were melted! Needless to say the coat is un fit for purpose.

I contacted the customer service to inform them after much back and forth on emails firstly they noted wasn't their issue and blamed the dry cleaner! they still do not believe the issue and want me to go to the hassle of returning this through delivery service for them to inspect the item ! When you buy smaller items online from Amazon there is a 100% better after care service!! I would not recommend to anyone!

In addition I had bought Christmas gifts at the same time a beige jumper and a cream nightdress for my cousin when I mentioned the issue with my coat she then informed me that both items I bought her had washed very poorly after one wash!

Last time I will purchase from this brand. Looks pretty but no durability or aftercare service.

I ordered a t shirt, sweatshirt and jeans and followed their sizing recommendations and not one thing fits! The sizing is awful! I can’t comment on quality but based on the jumper and t shirt fabric I don’t think the would wash well!!! Won’t be buying again!
