Poinst2shop Is a big scam

Don't waste your time on this survey site, I've joined better ones, I didn't break any rules and they always find an excuse to block your account.
I have been using this survey site for several months and with effort I reached the minimum withdrawal amount, but when you try to redeem your money they deny you access to your account so they don't need to pay you. When I tried to log into my account I got a message that my email or password was incorrect, I didn't break any rules and yet my account Is blocked, all the effort I made filling out surveys for nothing, it's a huge scam!!

Don't bother with them. They will find a problem with your account and deactivate it. Redeem after the minimum amount if you can and don't try to get more than that.

When I tried to redeem, I was told my mobile phone number didn't exist and right after that I could no longer log into my account with the Email / Password was incorrect.... sent an email after a few days they finally told me my account was deactivated. There are plenty of other sites, so don't waste your time on this scam site.

Be careful scam site

Be careful, this is a scammer website. These reviews here already indicate this. I accessed the site every day and managed to do only about 5 surveys in a few months, generally I was only able to do the ones I received in my email, I got the minimum amount to withdraw. I tried to access the website and received an invalid email and password error, I opened a ticket and received the following response from them:

We regret to inform you that our systems have identified activity that violates Cint's Participant Terms & Conditions for Panel Membership. As a result, we have deactivated your panelist account, and you will no longer have access to log in, participate in surveys or other research programs, or redeem any rewards.

This decision was made after a comprehensive review of your account(s) by our quality team and cannot be reversed.

They do not explain what these terms are and already indicate that they will not review them. This is a very common practice of scam sites, "my site, my rules, you didn't read the terms", be very careful with this site. I usually use several panels and I've had several problems, including account blocking, which have already been resolved because the site where it happened was trustworthy. I do not recommend that you use this site (Points to Shop) as you will be wasting your time and falling for a scam, as you will not receive your rewards, as there will always be a barrier making the process difficult. This site is part of Cint, but I consider Cint a reliable company because I participate in other panels and they always solve my problems, that was the only reason for using this site even with the bad reviews, it's really a shame, now I'll pay more attention to the evaluations before participating in a new panel.

I was trying to login into my account…

I was trying to login into my account and never had any problem because I've saved my password with Google so I couldn't lose it, well it seems that they have blocked me out of my account after several trials, yep they definitely blocked me, this is the first time that has happened to me ever, I use to do surveys there but lately I could notice a lack of care, they would suck up more than half of each paid survey I took and I felt robbed , so I won't even bother to submit a ticket at all

not the beter survey option and from far

Ca fonctionnait plutôt bien au départ, puis soudainement Cint, pcq finalement c'est d'eux dont il s'agit derière des sites commes Triaba, enquètesinvullen, connectopinions ou Points2shops a décidé de fermer mes comptes sur toutes ces platformes et effacer tous mes avoirs ( avoir un compte sur chacune est pourtant autorisé et même encouragé sur leur app "opinionapp" donc rien d'interdit là-dedans) sans vouloir donner la moindre raison, soit disant pour garantir la sécurité de leur contrpôles ...., et ils sont tellement droit dans leur bottes qu'ils m'ont dit, réessayer d'envoyer une requête d'ici quelques semaine, on fera une nouvelle évaluation.

Donc ne perdez pas votre temps sur un de ces sites, théoriquement ils paient légèrement mieux que les autres mais au final vous serez perdants.

Was working quite fine at the start but Cint, because it's who is in fact behind sites like Triaba, enquètesinvullen, connectopinions or Points2shops decided to close my accounts on all these platforms and delete all my earnings ( having account is authorized and even encouraged on their app "opinionapp"), without wanting to give more detail on the why " to guarantee the safetyness of their control", they are so sure they were right that when I insisted a bit, they told me to open a new ticket in
weeks to get a new assessment ...

So don't loose time on these platforms, theoretically they offer slightly more than other sites but at the end you end up with empty pockets ...

I hope they see this. My name is Mike E. Points2Shop personally ripped me off for over $320 in referral bonuses as I advertised my referral link on craigslist and had a considerable amount of money on P2S. I received an email saying I can't advertise my referral link and that they weren't going to pay me and they were also banning me. My referrals were legitimate and unique. This company is not good and I'm sure after you get that one free dollar they send you they won't be paying you much more very soon after. I am disappointed as the site is neatly designed and I had high hopes for them and their user base which I warned would be asked to leave P2S and join a competitor which works closely with me after the issue I had with P2S. My leads were mostly people I know personally and the link on craigslist is where I directed them when I asked them to register for P2S and give it a try.

Sorry but I don't like working for free like I did for P2S generating leads.

I was kicked out of this website

I was kicked out of this website, they said I had violated the process and deleted account, I had not done anything that would have warranted my dismissal. I had $35.00 that took me 3 weeks to accumulate doing surveys, and they kept it and will not respond to their actions!

Ive made over 400$ on this site in the past. But I gave up on it because it's so outdated and stuck in its way. Find a different survey site that updates and has a much easier checkout process. They constantly would ban me and make me send photos of mail, even though I had been a loyal user for like 4 years. I think they finally changed their site, but it's even worse now all the contests, social, and everything is gone.

OK this site does likes to torture its…

OK this site does likes to torture its users but it pays I will give it that atleast. But the rules are outdated , the owner is a conservative who will ban you if you breathe wrong. I made $1500 over 2 years from this site but have got my account locked and stuff and it was really annoying , use VPN once, you are locked. Change of location once, boom you are blocked. You have to verify your address too lol what bro? you literally paying me only few bucks for the amount of work and treats its users like underwage labourers. Legit site but heavily degrades/disregards its users.
EDIT: I was so done with them and their stupid rules, I had to leave the site.(Spicin was my username). Also it feels like I am going to my conservative religious Grandparents whenever I visit this site. I brought 5600 something referrals and it was my first affiliate site and I was really sad to leave but it was getting toxic working with them. Referrals leave as soon as they come because of their so strict rules which they don't get.

Worst site ever

Worst site ever. Any reason to not pay you at all they will ban you. They feel you opened two windows instead of one well banned. Don't like a comment you post banned. So yeah they will ban you and not pay you. Talk about an outdated site.

AMAZING!!

Points2Shop is amazing! I have gotten so much from this site! It is NOT a scam at all! Most of the bad reviews are from people who were banned for legitimate reasons (such as having a proxy, multiple accounts, or buying/selling referrals). I once got a fake plush here, but the admin was able to contact the seller and I got fully refunded. Recently, however, the Amazon-synced catalog has stopped working and I have to send in support tickets for manual orders (where an admin places your order for you). I sent my support ticket a week ago and they have not replied. I'm told they're really busy right now, but I hope they can reply soon. The customer service pretty good. I had account issues twice here, but the same user (agm2 is great!) fixed them. My username is PearlSquidFan, and I will gladly help anyone who is curious about signing up thanks to the review.

terrible survey company don't join i was a member for a long time and was banned for "using a vpn or proxy' which i told them was an accident as i forgot i had vpn open in background on my phone then was banned permanently when i asked why and to fix my account they requested id and documents to verify who i am which i sent immediately when they asked for it and have had zero response for weeks on end what a joke of a company they will block you for no reason don't join what a waste.

I use to love Points2shop but they are one of the most unfair companies in gpt with terrible business ethics ,,i personally believe they are messing up the entire industry.The your-surveys platform that yall own need revamping like seriously...firstly we getting cents for 30-60 minutes surveys.then y'all decide to do maintenance whenever no the serves is down and i get no credit for my work. this happens everyday now tel me is that right put your self in our shoes and see how u like it. do u know how much credit im missing...but every month is reversals what about my missing credit..now today i have no idea whats going on did 10 offers points till say zero..this is a worldwide platform everybody globally is complaining...I've been voice my complaints since 2015 what is y'all problem really fix the router!!!..only think y'all care about is yourself..i want my credit i rightfully deserved since yall dont wanna take use serious i filing a report today at the bbb for unfair practice also have members filing with me so fix up!!!! i want all my your-survesy credit damn thieves!!!!!

Good site but room for improvement

Points2Shop has paid me over $147 so they DO pay to those who keep saying they don’t. My only issue is the fact that I’ll work so hard throughout the day on surveys that sometimes are a half hour or longer of my day just to come on later to see they reduced my money and quality score because of answering the surveys “incorrectly”, but I can assure you I take my time and do my best to make sure that isn’t a issue. My account was also locked a few times because of this. Which the way I look at it is loosing me money. I am a member of other survey sites and none of them have ever blocked my account they just simply won’t credit me which isn’t the best either but better than getting your account locked to where you can’t use it.

I am aware that Points2Shop isn’t fully in control of their advertisers but there should be some kind of system or method to reduce this problem because that seems to be 90% of the reason they get lower reviews if they simply fixed this issue I guarantee Not only will they get better reviews but more users using their platform.

Other than that this site has crazy potential like I said it does pay they aren’t a scam they could just use a little work!

You waste your time, completing surveys, you still earn 0 points.
Im not banned but I was a member for a day and none of the surveys i completed earned me any points, just shows this company is a scam.

Unfortunately disqualification from surveys is common as advertisers are looking for individuals with specific profiles to answer their surveys. For example, if a survey is looking at the brands of coffee consumers buy and you only drink coffee you will be disqualified. However, should you feel you have completed a survey fully then you can contact our support team with the date and time you entered into the survey, along with any screenshots you may have, and they will try to locate it in the system for you.

Absolutely useless for doing surveys…

Absolutely useless for doing surveys on, I had a block on my account about a year ago because I didn't fill out a survey properly (which is a lie). I'm joined to about 40 survey panels and Never had this problem, so I sent several tickets as I wasn't allowed to access my account, then when the ban was lifted I wasn't able to spend the $32 dollars worth of surveys for at least six months and still can't . Do not waste your valuable time with this poor company, dreadful.

Grief

I have been very fortunate to have been able to earn over $3,200 (mostly in points), in less than two years I have been here, from my survey earning opportunities, bonuses, and contest winnings on the site for good surveys.

I do believe that, at the times, the admin, moderators, and some of the members have gone out of their way to appease my frustrations and answer my questions in tickets or in its Shout box, e-mail, etc. I also appreciate that my participation here is voluntary and that I don't have to earn for referals if I don't want to -- I have earned everything without refering anybody.

Unfortunately, as of late, there's a problem with the site, and that is with crediting for completed (internal) surveys. There is a known problem and it's been stated by a moderator that it's more complicated, thus requiring more time to fix the problem. More and more time. The site is barely usable and am unable to participate with enjoyment as I once have.

Additionally, it's not guaranteed that my completed surveys will result in credits I have earned, even after an audit is performed, once this problem is fixed. There are other issues with the site and the whole attitude toward survey takers who are not frauds and who have legitimate concerns about the functionality of the site.

As of today, the problem STILL exists and I've lost patience and confidence this problem will get fixed, now it's a "small number" of us that are affected, some credits -- and one that is approved by the team or whatever -- have not been credited, and the same information is repeat. I'm asked again and again to deliver information I have already provided, and nothing. I do believe and feel that my participation on the site isn't welcomed and that my value as one of their survey takers is undervalued.

Yes, administrators are working with me via a ticket with this, but it's the same response, time after time, no resolution, no hope, no nothing. The admin for my case I believe is genuine. However, there is just something not right with what's going on.

A member wants to feel like their survey participation counts for something and that their voice matters, including expressing problems that are raised about the site that could be improved for a better survey-taking experience.

I realize participation is voluntary and the credits earned are equivalent to some fun spending occasions, but it means more to me than that and the credits earned..

Again, I'm happy to revise my rating once things have improved and I will write as such to reflect updates that are favorable to a resolution of this ongoing, months-long problem.
I would like to note that my criticisms don't come from a member whose account was flagged or banned or anything like that. My account is in fairly good standing.

We have made significant progress and we are now crediting users for surveys when we receive reports. However, this can take a while and we appreciate your patience whilst this process happens. Our offers and support team care very much about all our users and this is why we have been actively tracking your offers and contacting clients regarding missing credits.

I am sorry to hear that you feel your account has been marginalised and proper aid has not been assigned to you. however I can reassure you that this is not the case and we have set up a dedicated support ticket to work with you on this matter. I can see that our support admin has requested you send them the date and time of any surveys you are having an issue with instead of links. However, you are still sending them links which has meant they are unable to locate the surveys you are reporting to us. If you are able to provide them with the requested information then they will be able to better assist you.

The surveys you have reported and provided information on which has enabled us to identify them had all been marked as drops. Some of these have been marked as completed on the clients end and payment will be awarded at the reconciliation stage. In fact, the survey you reported to us in your support message on 2018-04-19 has already been marked as completed and credit applied to your account. Furthermore, upon reviewing your account I can see that two surveys have recently been reconciled and credits applied to your account.

This has affected a very small number of users and any that have reported issues to us are being worked with closely. It is not a case of users such as yourself being ignored, it is just that the process of resolving these drops is long and arduous. This is why credits take a long time to reach users accounts, we appreciate it is frustrating and wish there was a speedier way, but at the moment we kindly ask for patience whilst the reconciliation process takes place.

Overall a decent and trustworthy site…

Overall a decent and trustworthy site that has been around for many years and shows no sign of disappearing like many other sites do. As of this review i have earned and redeemed over $2300 worth of rewards, gift cards and cash so i can't complain.

Nearly took a star off since Points2Shop has changed over the years and is now more of a survey rewards site, although still decent earning potential. While i get they have to move with the times to make sure the business stays viable, i miss the old days haha

Support is usually ok and resolves issues in a timely manner although there is room for improvement. The owners/admins have always been great to users, even bagging myself a free pack of gummy bears off one of the owners.

Going forward i feel they need to work on modernising their mobile apps and streamlining their website (especially the main offers page).
