The quality, heft and colors have been very consistent, very accurate, and just right every time. I was slightly worried that the printed images on the chips were just stickers, but after ordering a separate sample chip on my last order specifically to (try to) destroy, I can confirm that these are printed directly onto the chips with great precision and quality. I have also convinced my partnering companies to place an order as well, and the public often asks where we got them made because they are so good. I have many more designs lined up.
