Hi, I rate Pokerstars Casino to be poor. They are only out to rob the player. I seriously think their slot machines are rigged. I have several Casinos that I play on and it seems that they pay out more frequently than at Pokerstars. Of course they shall absolutely deny this, but remember these games are all electronic these days and can of course be manipulated to the Casino's advantage. How come I can win more at other Casino's than theirs playing the exact same games? Especially with their Megaways games absolutely designed to rip you off. I also played a game the other night 22/12/2021 whereby it stated " Three or more bonus symbols would give Free Spins " I have taken the Screenshots of all the 3 bonus symbols onscreen and with the line that I have quoted below the playing screen, and the Free Spins weren't activated this is also a rip off. I am forwarding this to the Gambling Commission as I want all of my money I played on this slot Credited back to me. They also are encouraging you to gamble more, by having a text pop up at the bottom of the screen stating " Activate Super stake mode to double the chance of free spins " this is also another lie. We players are purely being ripped of playing these games. Why do these games take £30 - £50 from you before they give these free spins? and even then you may get a pittance of a payout. I have never ever played a game whereby I was given Free spins within the first few games. So we aren't being given an equal opportunity to get our money back. Do not play slots with these guy's other Casino slots pay more frequently.

I play on different sites and this is by far the worst I've been in. Counting spins between even mint wins is usually 15 or more. I regret not reading reviews first. Total scam. Yet another bleep casino who on a whim decides to block my account AFTER I DEPOSIT AND LOSE MONEY to demand SOW documents before i can continue play. Made worse by the fact i win a ticket for a massive poker tournement with 5million prize and now i cant enter.

I recently had an issue where I opened a second account (not realising I had an account from years back) and got the dreaded "account closed" email (especially dreaded as I had actually won some money that was still in the account)

I was expecting a nightmare trying to reason with them (especially with my recent experience with William Hill - see my trustpilot review on them) and convince them to transfer my account over, but it was really very straightforward !

They requested some ID documents, which I emailed back with them, and the old account (with the money from my latest account) was reopened and ready to go within an hour.

As for a lot of the negative reviews on here - I am amazed that some people gamble, and if they don't win it's the fault of the company.If it was that easy they wouldn't be in business very long.

Would be a zero star review if I could, just like the other slots sites the pattern is exactly the same on spins and wins , first few weeks a couple of notable wins yet months on nothing, the exact same pattern as other sites on the slots. So, I'm going to go through some the the tricks to look out for as prove there scamming, some of you may have notice before but not really taken enough notice.
1. The good old log you out trick, often logs you out during longer game plays on slots this is usually when the operator is shift changing. Your notice on returning back into the site your be on a dead spin cycle as your account was added to the new shift log.

2. Stun freezing or pinch lag , this is not your connection it's them changing your outcome eg. RTP after you see this your go on a dead spin cycle usually too 0 balance but right before it hits 0 your receive a small consolation prize like 6x.

3. Jumping from slot to slot and window hanging at 99%, this is because you changed provider and there tracking you to add you back into the shift log, it usually requires a refresh of the page or even a relogin.
4 switching from slots to live games signalling, what this is if site deem your balance as cash dump account your name will display in red in the live studio to the live games host look out for them glancing left as you first login the screen is top left of the host. This will effect your betting try it of you disbelieve me place all number on roulette leave 1 number open I'll bet it hit the number you don't cover.
5, forcing redeposit , now this one is free will but if your a gambler your get what I mean. On your last few spins after the slots has drained your whole balance your notice a longer duration spin this will either be a tease for that bonus you been chasing or a manipulated win of 5x just to get you to redeposit from another round !
6. Set balance , this one is the scam they use most frequently for example your deposit £100 during how ever long they decide your balance will stay between that number it will never go over or lose too 0 this is there fair play system but you will never profit! Your know when this is happening because high tier bonus features especially on blue prints will pay 0- 10x. I personally have had the max bonus and got 3x completely manipulated wins. None of the RTPs are genuine on the slots they control them all day long !

7. Gambling control emails, you probably have had this sent on various occasions but did you know all this is a temp trick to get you to login and deposit. I've spoken to my friend that works for a site and they say they send them when business is slow but it's legal apparently.

8, dead spin speed up, you can check this one easy enough auto play speed up scam. Now if your from the UK your spin must be at 2.5 seconds anything less is considered a breach of the GC rulings. Go to king Kong blue print on mobile and click auto play you will notice that after a few spins it will rapidly speed up on dead spins to drain your balance faster !

After playing small deposits over quite a few months all I can say is wow, this is an utter disgrace that they are getting away with the nonsense they are....The slots are very poor payouts, the bonuses are shocking and the dirty tricks they get up to if you do hit a winning slot are just typical of a con casino. Hit a winning slot and you will be kicked and disconnected very soon after the wins start if that doesn't happen then look out for the inactivity message appearing then any pay outs stop dramatically. If they played fair this site could be a market winner in the u.k as good rewards and after sorting out their laggy software recently it runs a lot smoother , just a shame about there b.s tactics. lola has given this casino a five star review, check out her review dates and work out the genuine reviewers.

Recently challenged live help to my current problems, such as inactive messages appearing while playing then the rtp falling straight after the messages and the constant boots from games. The out come? they did say there was a problem and it would be investigated. To sum up their investigation ... Do not play on this website! My account was verified, and was able to use my account fine. I made a withdrawal, then it was cancelled with no explanation. Then live chat informed me my account was not verified, after being told it was.
Then they told me they need documents, ive sent these and heard nothing back at all.

Don't touch this website. They have frozen my account before I have completed the welcome offers and they have about £9 of my money that I can't access.
I have contacted them numerous times by email and facebook messenger but either get no reply at all or an automated message which is no use.

When I joined pokerstars casino uk I thought with such a household name I thought I was on a winner!
How wrong was I.
It is a well designed lobby with most games i would look to play.
Where the big problem is. Is the support network they provide.
I have sent numerous emails as this seems the only way you can contact them.
I'm now 2 weeks and still no response!
This i find completely unacceptable!
Its only a general enquiry!
I can only imagine if your deposit never appeared on your balance.
Or a big win never registered on your account or you could not withdraw!
So I'm writing this to warn people that yes its a good fun site to you have a problem.
There is much better options out there.
