I was impressed with the site and placed an order for the pole I wanted and extra rings. It did take longer than usual to arrive but maybe because Easter fell between the order and delivery.

Disappointed

Disappointed - order arrived and a part was missing . I spoke to someone on the phone on 6th March who advised it would urgently be sent out however it wasn’t despatched until 10th March and hasn’t arrived yet. We needed to put the curtain pole up last weekend before furniture etc is delivered and new carpet was put down, so ladders didn’t need to be placed onto the carpet and now we haven’t been able to

Great team

The call center agent was knowledgeable and empathetic to my situation. He worked out all the details which calmed me down. The parcel arrived as promised and my curtains are now up and looking very lovely.

Very quick, very good protection of the product in transit.

However the company producing this curtain rail do need to think more about the instructions enclosed!
