Same story as all the others

Same story as all the others. Have submitted CURRENT AND VALID proof of insurance, multiple times, but they will not accept it, and continue to send harassing emails saying the policy is expired. This is a SCAM company, hoping to wear you down so that you will buy their insurance. They have caused me to be charged for non-compliance twice, and we're about to hit the mark for a third fee, despite my management office uploading our proof multiple times. If you are a rental/apartment company looking for this service, KEEP LOOKING. You will only succeed in aggravating your tenants and employees with this sham of a company.

Service doesn't work

Service doesn't work, can't validate my insurance to move into my apartment. Tried to upload my rental insurance declaration, and it can't upload it.

This service exists to sell insurance - not validate policies

My apartment complex required us to validate our insurance policy prior to renewing our lease. I uploaded my declaration page for my renters insurance and was rejected. I added the interested party to my insurance and again was rejected. I corresponded with my leasing office and provided them proof of my renters insurance. I am now being charged for two months of lease violations.

This site exists for one purpose and one purpose only - to sell insurance.

This company is a total scam

This company is a total scam. Despite me uploading proof of my AAA renters insurance, they automatically charged me for their overpriced insurance without my consent. They kept finding reasons to deny my insurance proof just to force me into using their own coverage. It feels like they’re deliberately making things difficult to get more money from customers. I would never trust them again and strongly recommend avoiding them!

The company looks to be a scam

The company looks to be a scam. Their PO box has been set up for people not to be able to put their own insurance in correctly. That way these folks behind the false website can charge and sell insurance from companies no one ever heard of. The Apt complex nor the residents are Abel to get in touch with them after they get you to try a validate your own policy. We have our policy put in June 7, 2024 and 3 times since. Farmers has given them two copies one in May 2024 and in June 2024. We have a valid current lease. What is wrong?

Trash company

Trash company, outright scam. Rejected valid insurance declaration page in order to charge $25 dollars a month for rental insurance, for an apartment. I'm sure they make a lot of money stealing from people. Absolutely disgusting business practices.

Beware of rejection of valid insurance policies

As others have echoed previously - rejects valid insurance documents to push tenants towards the purchase of their recommended insurance providers. No feedback is provided, so one can get stuck in an loop of uploading the same documents over and over again, and receiving the same automated rejection notice from them.

Can't give a 0 rating

Can't give a 0 rating. These people need to go away.

We've been with USAA for years and never had a problem with our renters insurance but these people want us to buy a policy from them.

Garbage company that owns…

Garbage company that owns policyvalidator.com that is used for apartments to verify renters insurance or force residents to purchase renters insurance. The whole concept is a offloading of risk from commercial property owners to individuals. There is no customer support with this website and chronically rejects valid renters policies because they want you to purchase one through them thereby increasing their profits. Fraudulent.
