I would like to mention that almost everything went smoothly with my order, from the purchase to the delivery. The only issue was receiving the wrong item twice. However, the support team is amazing and goes above and beyond to solve problems, which I really appreciate.

Revised: I received the 5 dresses yesterday and they were of good quality and fit - thanks.
I’m revising my review and giving it 3 stars on account of the fact that it was not clear on the site itself whether a given item was pre-sale which considerably delayed shipment and also for the less than stellar response from customer service. Apart from that the dresses were beautiful.

I ordered 5 dresses from them 10 days ago and so far received no notification of any shipping or feedback from Customer Services despite emailing them twice about my order 330239.
Thanks for your response but my email cannot be full since I received the notification of your response to TrustPilot by email and have continued to receive marketing emails from you (but not a response). I just rechecked the Vittoria dress page and I can’t find any indication that it was a pre-Venda or when it would be shipped. In any way, since you mention it will be shipped after the 10th of June I hope all my 5 dresses will arrive shortly. Please do ensure that any pre-Venda items are clearly marked on your web page (and not only at checkout so customers know when they will be shipped and whether they want to conclude the purchase of a pre Venda item. After reviewing the tracking of your order with our transport agency, we have been able to verify that the delay was due to the fact that your address was not correctly provided by you at the time of purchase and therefore, the delivery was delayed until UPS contacted you and they were able to solve it.
As for the comfort of the shoes, we are quite surprised given that they have been completely sold out and we have not received any such complaints. We know that everyone's feet are very different and that is why there is the option to exchange for another item or return it. Also, you can always contact our customer service team to discuss a possible solution.

On the one hand, we design and manufacture garments locally, in Spain, and our footwear is 100% made in Spain. We also have a selection of garments in various European and Asian countries. I loved the clothes and the shoes, they are beautiful, they look quality. The dress is a little big (it is one size only), it needs some adjustments to fit. Taxes and duties to Mexico are a little expensive, I think it´s more convenient when you buy more pieces. But I really liked all I bought. Oh, the shoes are really confortable.
