I had to make a fast transaction. I had the option of an instant credit card transaction or POLi pay. POLi said it was 'real time'. They made it easy to pay from my bank, but then I later found out that my bank doesn't support POLi. If POLi had been more informative and less sales, they would have made it clear that there are delays with my bank, or at least mentioned that it's not always real-time. This is people's time, money and business at stake. If they were a more ethical business, I would have chosen the credit card option and paid the small fee, and not had the bid problem I had because of the delayed transaction
