It has been a very frustrating experience using the polisen website. When I try to find the necessary information, it repeatedly takes me to the wrong place and some pages load very slowly. The design also seems quite old. It is really frustrating to find important information so difficult.

Tried to report an internet scam/fraud today but the woman working for the police sided with the scammers and treated me like a criminal.

No wonder crime rates are through the roof in Sweden. The average IQ of Swedish police officers seems to be alarmingly close to zero.

I reported to the Swedish police that I had been scammed in connection with a job — fake contracts, false promises, and so on. It has been four months now, but no one has bothered to respond at all. I would like to point out that this does not only affect me, but also many other European seasonal workers who are taken abroad and deceived in the same way, as this is a full-scale criminal organization. Thank you very much, Sweden and the Swedish police — I will never work there again, and I will not encourage anyone else to go there either.

I reported a theft that was recorded on video camera. The police said the following:

"Decision: Preliminary investigation not initiated.

Reason: It is obvious that the crime cannot be investigated.

Justification: There are no leads or other measures to be taken that could lead to the crime being solved."

... It was caught on camera... How can it not be investigated? No wonder people don't care to report crimes.

Maybe we should just get rid of the police all together, since they don't do anything either way.

2016 - i utilized some awesome net skills and tracked a deep web link back to a Daniel Jacobsson from polisen.se I mean this dude... Anyhow around 2019 and on (by 2022 most certainly!) I sorta reached out to this force and this particular police officer to report some serious intl law based crimes...now I am no national of Sweden... but because of an earlier interaction with this one officer.. I reached out to him a few times.. I didn't really get a response worthy of any police force member like ever? it was sorta dismissive.. Anyone know if the bag ban out in sweden includes scrotums?! I GOTS ONE FILLLLED WITH A COUPLE BALLS! Think Sweden will open its gates for me? Heard they throw awesome parties and I guess I got Polisen in muh pocket?

I had visited police station at Växjö. Lady at counter was very kind and nice. She gave me proper assistance and guidance regarding my matter.

*****HATE CRIME ALERT (Älvsjö, Stockholm)*****
Attempted attack by:
- White Volkswagon (EXC 65H) -

1.) A man tried to hit me with his car intentionally.
2.) When I dodged the car (EXC 65H) and looked at him, he flipped me off.
3.) I stopped, approached him angrily to ask why he broke the law.
4.) He tried to make 'baby noises' to mock me then said, "What are you gonna do about it, IMMIGRANT?...call the police?"
5.) I said yes.
6.) He said, "I'll be waiting for you." and drove off to the parking lot.
7.) Over 2 hours and 4 phone calls later, I was told there "was nothing they could do to stop this man".

Malin from Utlandsutdrag department just wrote me an email that she will keep my extract for a week extra, that I have already paid for and the worst service I have ever experience. Unprofessional police authority, bad customer service and power abuse.

Andrea from your operator department was so badly communicating with me. I just asked for the form where I can fill a complaint regarding my parking ticket which was illegitimately charged on me without evidence.
Wow that was the worst police service I've got ever.
She just hung up on me because I couldnt spell in swedish.
