Parcel arrived this morning (21st April)which I ordered on the morning of Friday 17th April. I was a little disappointed when I rang on Monday 20th and was told it wasn’t being shipped until that day after their delivery terms stated “Your order will be dispatched on a 24hr service).
I’m pleased to say that when it did arrive it was well packed.
The customer service I received from Jake was exceptional .

Ordered an aquarium heater, which on the internet had delivery shown for next day. Was advised the item went out of stock, but was told it would definitely be delivered to me 2 days later (3 days later than original delivery date). Four days later item still not dispatched. Had to cancel order. Very unreliable and frustrating to deal with

After phoning them up with a problem that I seemed to be having with my purchase of a filter box which was faulty , they offered me a replacement which arrived very quickly. I am very pleased with the advice and service that i received.

Ordered item 20hours later it at my door. Can’t ask for better than that.

This company are just fabulous, they offer great products at really competitive prices but what sets them apart is the incomparable customer service, they go above and beyond to help, respond to messages within minutes and absolutely nothing is too much trouble, as a relative newbie to the pond world they have been superb

I rang to place an order to replace my broken pond pump. I had previous dealings with Pondkeeper and had great service. After looking up my history the agent asked what the problem is. I explained that the motor failed and what I had done to clean and rectify. He immediately advised that the pump was still under warranty and said he would dispatch a replacement and it should arrive the next day. It did. No robots no excuses, no evasive tactics, just first class customer service. Thank you.

Very helpful knowledgeable staff, very easy transaction, as usual, a very professional, well stocked company, I will be using this company again and I would thoroughly recommend them. I was told the delivery would be the next day, via DPD and it was, again exactly as they predicted

Jai not only responded to my direct question but sought the background out to see how he could advise me further (not trying to upsell). Moreover, when I placed the order, they provided a better option without extra cost. One which was more suitable for the issue and without me having to ask or complain. A great company, with very knowledgeable and interested staff who have me as a customer for life.

bought several products off pondkeeper 15 months ago and the filter handle just broke so phoned and after only a 2 minute phone call was told replacement would be despatched that day, 24 hours later I have the new filter top , well impressed can`t get a better service than that . thank you

Had a problem with some pond lights. Pondkeeper replaced them without quibble within two days. That’s good customer service !!

Purchased a pond liner that quite soon after installation became faulty. To be fair it was a very low priced one as that suited my budget at the time. I telephoned pond keeper and was asked to send an email with defect details along with photos which I did and within an hour I was offered a replacement which I declined opting for a refund and shortly after that I had confirmation that my refund had been processed. Excellent customer service

We ordered a pond liner from Pondkeeper which unfortunately on fitting was noted to have a faulty seam. We contacted the shop to advise, being asked to send photos of the faulty liner. Within 24 hours of sending these photos we received an email agreeing to replace the pond liner free of charge, with Pondkeeper also generously offering for us to keep the faulty liner as an added underlay to save the additional hassle of removing and returning it, which was much appreciated. Within 48 hours of this replacement being agreed, we received the replacement pond liner.
Our experience of purchasing from Pondkeeper, not only of this specific item but with other orders has been exceptionally positive. The staff are always extremely friendly and helpful, and our most recent experience was handled exceptionally well.
We definitely recommend Pondkeeper and will continue to order items from this shop.

Amazing service. I ordered a pond liner and then after a while I realised my patch on the old one was holding so I got in touch with them and they very quickly responded to say if I sent the unopened pond liner back they'd give me a full refund, which they did.
