I was recommended by a friend, and was quite impressed with the products. When I placed my first ever order though, their website crashed after I made the payment but the order never went through. Then I had a bit of trouble getting the order sent through to them. It took them quite a few days to dispatch the items so the longest I had to wait for items ordered online. Once the items were received, I had to return one due to it not fitting. They received the returned item, but then "forgot" to refund me :). It was quite an experience :)

I received my order within 4 days. The customised cat ID tags arrived beautifully packaged and what amazed me the most is the excellect quality of the tags. I would recommend Poochiwoochi to other staffs to cats and friends to dogs.

I have 2 larger cats (about a stone in weight) and the larger cat ID tags are on them. The small ones would suit 'leaner felines'.

I stumbled on Poochiwoochi whilst searching for dog tags online and absolute love the two tags I got from them. I know that at least one of my friends has already made an order after seeing one of the tags on my dogs collar. The tags were sent to me really quickly and I love the little presentation boxes almost like dog jewellery!

Brian looks great in his diamante paw collar, the prices were very reasonable compared to some of the more basic tags you can get (only @ £1 more than the machine in Pets At Home)

The items I bought were of good quality and the engraving nice and clear on an identity tag. Products were also delivered within a week. I would suggest including a delivery note due to my two item coming in separate deliveries and I had to phone to check this. Can not fault otherwise.

I bought a dog tag, the product was very good quality, it was packaged very nicely and was delivered promptly. The website was very enjoyable to look through. Great company name too.

I was happy with the packaging of the name tags I ordered they were when opened of excellent quality and as I have found before not all thinks when they arive are as good as they look in the pictures provided but in this case if anythink they were of such good quality I have been showing them to my doggie friends in the show feternaty and they to were impressed so keep it up and we will be back.

The name tag is beautiful, Much nicer than I even hoped for.

The two collars and discs arrived promptly the latter being presented in lovely little boxes.

My big boy cats look so posh and proud with their black and blue collars encrusted with crystals. The discs are fab also with their twinkling stone. I am tempted to purchase another for my son's cat.

i ordered a pet tag for Rossi's collar we choose a lovely bright blue one it took a few days to arrive but when it did i was very pleased the engraving is clear & stood out well which is most important i would not hesitate to recommend this company
