You cannot go wrong with this popper!
We have been using these poppers since at least 1987, well not this exact one as we have worn them out over the years. In our travels in South America, Europe and Africa we always carried it with us - just stuff it with clothes and it will survive the trip and not take any room in the suitcase. I suspect we have bought a dozen of these over the years as they make great gifts for those special friends.
They work great over gas, electric and even live fires (if you're careful with the wood handle).
Well our existing one broke tonight, but it is about 12 years old. We make a popper full 6 nights out of 7 most weeks. Ordered another one through Amazon and it will be here Wednesday.

We have been using the Whirlypop popcorn poppers since 2000. We just bought the stainless steel model. This model is heavier than the original models we have used. We purchased this model online. This was easy and accurate. We received the package on schedule and without problem. The theater packages are great, every kernel popped and the seasoning tasted wonderful.
