I love this company
I love this company! My favorite popcorn! And the customer service is amazing! I had a hole in one of the bags I ordered and when I called, the lady i talked to was very kind and helpful. She sent a replacement right away and the shipping was very quick.

I have been a customer for many years…
I have been a customer for many years now and have never been disappointed in the quality of the popping corn or the popping kettles. Last night when I popped a bowl of popcorn there was only ONE kernal that did not pop! That's getting quality product. If you like to make popcorn at home buy the best and this, in my experience, is the best!

I like the Whitley Pop idea
I like the popper. Wore out my first two after years of use. Decided to try the stainless steel version. It is very nice to look at but has issues. #1. It’s heavy and when you pour the popcorn out, the lid shifts and pops the upper lid, with catch open , then popcorn goes everywhere. #2. The stirrer does not go all the way to the bottom and allows the corn kernels to jam under the stirring wires which makes it difficult to turn the handle. For these 2 reasons, I am considering returning the popper.

Unnecessary product advertising sticker on box.
Have not opened the boxes (destined Christmas presents) so cannot evaluate the product. However was very dismayed to find a prominent "popcorn" sticker on the outside of shipping box. Intended recipient brought in the box of his "present". Sticker only adds to your brand name? Ruins my surprise gift.
