I've been purchasing products from Popcorn Popper (and Wabash Valley) for years. The product is always good, fast shipping and great customer service!

Received order quickly, correctly and without breakage or spillage. Had a good shipping rate for this order. Often the cost of shipping overcomes the cost of the product and I just don't order. Not this time.

We make a lot of caramel popcorn to give away as gifts for the holidays and always order the mushroom popcorn kernals to use. The round shape of the popped corn is great for coating. There are also fewer "crumbs" of broken pieces at the bottom of the bag.

I ordered popping corn on a cob. I ordered 3 of them, one for each of my siblings for an unusual Christmas treat. Packaging is great.....better than I had hoped. Very giftable.
I hope they have some fun with it.

The popcorn is always delicious and fresh. I like the convenience of buying the popcorn popping kits where the popcorn, popcorn oil and seasoning is measured out.

I recently purchased their baby white hull-less kernels and they are delicious. They arrived promptly, too. It was an easy purchase.

Although the popcorn is great tasting, the service wasn't so great. My popcorn bags arrived torn and some of the popcorn had spilled into the shipping box. I emailed photos to customer service and I'm still waiting on a response.

I love my popcorn ,I have purchased a whirley pop . This time I was trying different package popcorn on the healthiest version.

Our campsite becomes the popular place to be once the smell and sound of freshly popped popcorn begins! We've been using the Popcorn Popper open fire popper for the past three years and love it. It takes a little bit of work, but once you've got the technique down, we have perfect popcorn every time. Love this company.

This popper works well, even though the turning gears fell off the first time I used it. It took some time to find an allen wrench small enough to fix it. The set screw was not tightened at assembly. A replacement part was on the way 24 hours.

After literally hundreds of uses of the standard aluminum popper, I opted to purchase the copper plated stainless popper. I have found that the new copper popper produces even more tender kernels and ease of cleaning. With each use, the copper shines up like new with some baking soda, to the point that I opt to display the popper on an upper cabinet. The upscale look and experience with this popper has resulted my use of it also a family entertainment option -- an event onto itself, much like making ice cream with a turn crank ice cream maker can be. Grateful for the continued and thoughtful innovation.

The first few times I used my popcorn popper it was fine. Then the little plastic gears on the crank broke. So now I can't use the popper. How can this be fixed?
