PRE-ORDERED Athen BTS Jungkook Butter Funko in July. Release was October (or so). In November they cancel my order and I get a 30% discount. I ain’t be using that. Y’all won’t see a dime from me.
Don’t order from them. Not worth the time.

DO NOT PRE ORDER from this company. I preordered 8 of the Godzilla funko pop figures in January 2021. I received them sporadically over about 6 months. I never received the Heat Ray Godzilla. Since it has been available virtually everywhere else for several months, I asked to cancel and get a refund for this one item. I contacted them 4 times until they finally cancelled it but they have not refunded my money. I have sent at least 10 emails, Facebook, and Instagram messages and I still can’t get anyone to refund my money! I keep getting messages saying “we are sorry,” we’ll look into it for you, and please provide us this additional information.” I can’t find a phone number to talk to an actual person and the responses I keep getting appear to be automated responses that no one follows up on. Their customer service seems to be nonexistent!

I bougt from PIAB 3 times now, and 2 times I preordered, but they said sold out at launch and then they're not shipping till new batch comes. For example, I preordered 7 of The Boys funko pops in December, they had launch in April, and the last one has just been shipped mid October..
I preordered Venom Let there be carnage funkos, Carnage just realised and again it's sold out and hasn't been shipped!
If PIAB sees this, please change you preorder so you only sell the avaible quantity which you will be getting on the release date. This is outrageous and I wont preorder again until you fix your preorder quantity.
Great prices though, and very good selection of Funkos, but be aware they will mostly ship from US (in nothing but a cardboardbox) , I haven't had to pay any taxes so far and had no damages to the funko boxes.
I live in Belgium, order 2 collection of Funko, they send them one by one, and every time I have to pay more 20€ for the mail company to be deliver in international taxes, I complained about it and they didn't answer me back. Never again!
