Excellent centre, lovely trip out. Followed by a flat tyre, went in and asked if any of the staff were able to assist, within a few mins some guy was changing the tyre for us in the rain. Absolute hero especially with a 1 year old in the car. Thanks very much.
Recently had a very enjoyable Sunday brunch with family in their restaurant. We were made to feel welcome, the food was excellent & the service & staff were both friendly & efficient. Will be happy to return on our next shopping trip.
I found this nursery to be one of the best friendly staff and very helpful but most of all has everything you need for your garden 👍
Wouldn't honour a garden voucher which was issued as hta vouchers originally and proof shown. Credit note given by another retailer when originals spent as they didnt have small denomination voucher as change. Poplars refused to accept this despite reception saying they would when i showed them. Understand it wont scan as a voucher itself but As a local customer would have been the right thing to do to process this voucher as a gesture of goodwill. It was £6! Wont be using again.
As a high risk Covid 19 person it was hard in my area to organise Click & Collect - but here at Poplar Nurseries they were amazing!
Put items aside for me, which I collected at the door. There was hand sanitiser there, a man to control the numbers in and our - and everyone was wearing masks - and everyone had a smile!
And they were busy - I'm so pleased - we all need good service at this time and this was the best!!
