I thanks a lit for the great service I received. I am actually a loyal customer since few years. In the last case, unfortunately the UPS delivery company lost my parcel, it's never been found. Poppers Aromas kept their interest in the subject in every step. Even they send me my purchase again. Great service. I deeply recommend.

I am extremely disappointed with the delivery speed and service. I have spent €170 for nothing. I placed my order on January 5th with the expectation that I would receive it by January 7th or 8th at the latest.

As of today, January 9th, I still have not received my items. I explicitly informed your team that I would be leaving Rome on January 9th. If delivery within that timeframe was not possible, I should have been notified in advance. Since I am leaving today and the package has not arrived, I need an immediate solution regarding a refund or a redirect

Can't sign up/order because my country is not on the dropdown list.
I am from Turkey, and I wanted to purchase from this site but in the Country section I don't see any Turkey option. Please expand your supported countries.

First order with them, had a few questions which were answered by email. Order arrived well packaged, Loved the products , will definitely be ordering again !!

The website said they would cover all taxes and duties for international orders. However it’s not the case. I was billed for import duties.

Contacted their representative and I was told that I should keep up to date with the tax regulations of my own country.

I wouldn’t buy from them anymore, for those who want to buy from a company who knows what they are doing, go to Euro-poppers.de

Scam website.. I ordered and never received my order and when I ask for refund they say only when we received back your order and they never received it for over a month now, if they even sent in the first place.
Don’t waste your time and Money!

I've been using these guys for nearly 3 years and I've never had an issue with their products. Always arrived really quick (to UK) with tracking number. I only use them because you cannot get genuine Amyl based poppers in the UK. I've tried to use UK based suppliers but i find their products are not as potent, not as described or the quality is terrible and expensive!
I'll continue to use these guys.

I was amazed by the customer service. My first shipment got stuck in my country's customs, but the support team went above and beyond to help me. They sent a replacement package and even updated my delivery address. Communication was smooth and incredibly supportive.

The product was genuine and good.

Great delivery in the past but the postcode they placed on my item was incorrect now its lost the RM system and Im unable to get it

One of the best Online poppers retailers. I have done a few orders now over the years. ALL my orders have arrived without any problems. Never have I received a broken, cracked or opened bottle. They packaging they use are much better now with Bubble wrap and special containers. They honour their loyalty system and do a couple of specials during they course of the year. Sign up to the newsletter to get those specials!

I’ve been buying Poppers from Poppers Aromas for about a year now and I always loved how quick and easy the process is with them. Poppers are very good and have never failed me. Delivery is also always quick and the products are delivered in discreet, tight, sealed, and cushioned boxes. I have never received leaky bottles from this company!

Last December, I made an order which I hoped and expected to arrive in early January. But alas, they never arrived. That was a big order, too so I had to contact their customer support for the first time. Sent an email last week and they replied within the day! Investigation happened quick and hassle-free and after just about a week, I have finally received my aromas today - all intact and delivered with care! I’ve always been a fan of their line up but now I’ve just become a loyal fan. Don’t think I’ll ever try other shops again for my aroma needs. :)

This website is a total scam. I never received my order, they tell me it's because of customs and promise a refund within a week. A year has gone by and I followed up 3 times but no one responds. I finally wrote from a different email address and they finally responded saying they changed their mind about the refund and thats the reason they ignored me this whole time. What kind of service is that?? very disappointing.

My package was mis-shipped by the carrier. Customer service {Lucy} tracked it down quickly and resent it to me. Then the USPS lost the package in Memphis, again Lucy tracked it and got it delivered in 3 days.

This is an absolutely great company with an excellent service! Yes, I had to wait for an answer for about 5 days what they warn about, but immediately solved all the problems! Local post has been losing the parcel for the second time, which is very sad! But I always get a second parcel without paying a cent! Thank you so much !!! This is a very reliable and serious store! I recommend from the heart !!!

Company has always sent quality product. I’ve ordered five times and all successful. Shipping comes in quick and have had no problems with customs. Only order 6 or so bottles and you should clear customs. Only problem I’ve ever had was a bottle that slightly leaked otherwise everything was great. My partners always ask me where I get my product and they have ordered also.

Clearly based on the many negative reviews, I’m assuming that I won’t have my case resolved either. Will have to dispute it with my credit card company….

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A WEBSITE! I made the mistake of placing 4 orders through their page, and NONE of them cleared customs. I expected some semblance of competence, but all I got was a lazy "wait for us to get the packages back and we'll refund what's left" response. And to add insult to injury, I'm stuck with the shipping costs - a whopping 140 EUR down the drain! Orders: AHWTWNAEF, MDVQOVTUS, WPHBZJLRN, AJMRUICLW. AVOID THIS SITE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Have made several purchases and they have always delivered good quality purchases. It takes some time to get through customs, good quality stuff. Never had any problems to resolve
