My husband called in for a bouquet …

My husband called in for a bouquet for our 10th wedding anniversary and they sold him a pre made one . After cutting the stems putting in water with plant food and placing them out of the sun they were nearly dead after 2.5 /3 days . After reaching out on Facebook privately they told me to email them and enclose photos and order number. I emailed them the photos and the card used to pay for the flowers as it was a walk in not phone order . And they have TOTALLY IGNORED ME. no apology no solution to resolve it etc I have waited a full ten days before I have written this as I would of prefered to resolve this privately. Their customer service is as bad as their flowers
