POP telecom provider the user with an email address whereby you can contact them directly to sort out any problems. They respond promptly and act!!. Vale for money - no sitting on a telephone in a long queue wasting your time!!- Overall a brilliant service compared to other ISPs

Andrew Looked after me yesterday. I had a new router which had to be installed properly and he talked me through every step of the way. He was patient and helpful and never made me feel bad as some network provider staff tend to do. I recommend Pop Telecom to anyone who is thinking of changing their provider and are looking for excellent customer service. Well done Andrew and well done Pop Telecom.

I was helped by Cris a very friendly and helpful guy. He really tried very hard to get my Internet up and running. Unfortunately the fold unrelated to Openreach.

Generally a good experience with those I’ve spoken to for tech support and account queries. Short to no wait times appreciated. Cherry from tech support helped reconfigure our modem/router effectively and quickly following an upgrade.
My only grumble is that the my revert to a relatively expensive service at the end of the contract term.

I spoke with Cherry who was very polite and helpful. Dealt with ny query quickly and I also got through to the agent within 2 minutes which is almost unheard of with any company. Could not speak highly enough.

Andrew and Alfred both worked on re starting my land line. Happily, they were able to identify the fault, and land line is now up and working again. Thanks to both of them for their efficiency and determination to solve the problem. Another happy customer of POP telecom!

We had issue with changing back to original phone number, but was finally put right thanks to Alfred.

I had technical issues with my internet and Josie was ever so helpful. She did an extensive testing called me back and told me that I needed a new router. She arranged the delivery and called me to confirm the details. All this happened over a two day interval because I was busy working from home. Professional and accomodating. Five star to Josie.

Pop telecom increased my broadband from £25 a month to £40 a month without telling me. After my mum died in March they increased the broadband by £15. I would never use this broadband service provider. They don't respond to my emails and the agents on the phone lines can barely speak English it is very frustrating trying to deal with them.

Problem solved over several days +quite quickly.

The customer service from Pop telecom is the best I have been with this company for nearly five years, spoken to different departments and everybody is incredibly polite, patient and extremely helpful. When they say they will call you back, they do. Also, practically no waiting time to speak to them. Thankyou so much to Josie who rang me back today and sorted out my problem.
