Wrong Shoes/Fake Advertisement!!!!

Popzora earns 0 stars for all around horrible customer service. I was sent the wrong pair of shoes, and Popzora refuses to fix their error. These shoes do not match the picture of the shoes I chose on this website. Additionally, I was sent a women's US size 6 shoe, but I wear a women's US size 9 shoe. Plus, it took over a month for the shoes to reach me, and now they are claiming that the 15 days have expired to return/exchange. How am I subject to a timeline that Popzora does not adhere to? All of the good reviews are a flat out lie. This sh!t company is a scam!!!!
Popzora’s response is pitiful...further proving that they had no intention of providing the goods I paid for...Buyers do not waste your money they will not send you what is posted on the picture...again it’s a scam foreign company!!!!

If I could choose zero I would

If I could choose zero I would! I ordered jeans and gloves in October, now January 9, no sign of them . They already charged me for them. Wrote to customer service 3 times, just got form letter saying they 'will get in touch.' $60 down the drain. I am giving up, not worth the stress to deal with a dishonest overseas company.
NEVER order from Popzora, a total scam of a 'business.'

This is the worst company ever

This is the worst company ever. I ordered 6 dresses for my wedding 2.5 months in advance. I received 4, 2 weeks before my wedding and the sizes were sooooo far off, so I waited, hoping that the last one would arrive in time. I just received an email saying that it was out of stock. 45 days AFTER my wedding. Now I am told that I am stuck with these other 4 because I didn't return them on time. All I know is I am out over $140.00 and NOTHING of quality to show for it.

20 business days to deliver and still waiting

I ordered 4 items as X-mas gifts for my wife on Dec 3rd because she had pointed them out as things she would like. One was delivered just before x-mas, one on new years eve and two are still missing, today on 9 Jan.
They say it can take up to 20 BUSINESS DAYS for them to deliver. Don't even think there is a chance of a refund or return.
I would never order again and don't see how they stay in business

I wrote a review earlier about the small sweater being too big for me and they wanted me to send measurements and pictures and the reason for my wanting to return it. I have never heard of such a thing! Coming from China, they said I would need to pay the shipping cost which comes to the same amount as the sweater! I too think the positive reviews are very fake and I would never order from them again. It's too risky!!!

I ordered a white mock neck white sweater. The yarn is very thin and I will have to wear a tank top under it because you can almost see through it. Not at all what I expected and very disappointed. Too much trouble to send back. Will not order anything else from them.

DO NOT TRUST THEM

I ordered 5 sweaters from here for a total of $130. 4 showed up after weeks and looked nothing like the pictures. One never showed up at all. When I sent them a picture of the sweaters and asked for a refund, they said nothing looked wrong and that returning them to China was too difficult for them, that I should give them to friends and charity instead of getting my money back. Now I'm trying to at least get a refund for the sweater that never came or have them actually send it to me but that's not looking good :( My first time ordering clothes online and I got burned.

This company is HORRIBLE

This company is HORRIBLE. A friend asked me to order some ankle boots for her. The pictures on their website were SUPER cute, description included words such as leather, high quality products, etc.
Shoes were finally received months after the order (We never received a tracking order #, had to request ones weeks after the order was placed, the tracking # they sent NEVER worked past "order shipped", no status updates at all).
The shoes received are plastic, UGLY, EXTREMELY thin product throughout, the sole is SO THIN & FLIMSY that there is NO WAY that these can be worn outside. These are DISGUSTING! The shoes received BARELY resemble the pictures on the website. We returned to the website and the description now says "PU" for material.
We emailed asking to return for credit as the item received is NOT as advertised. We were sent a link that supposedly directed us to a return policy page on their website - PAGE NOT FOUND.
FINALLY directed to another return page, clearly states that items can be returned for ANY reason within the 15 day window - STILL have NOT received a return authorization from the company. Our first Email clearly states that we want to return the item.
This company is a SCAM

Dysfunctional Business

I placed 2 orders with Popzora. One on 12/04/19 and the other on 12/10/19. On 12/18 I canceled the order from 12/10 as it had yet to ship. The 12/4 I kept in place because it appeared that at least the shipping process had begun. It’s now Jan 6, 2020 and still no package. Just cancelled the 12/4 order. Worse yet, I can’t even access the order thru their website. It does not recognize my order #. Further, when you access their site, TrustPilot has a notification that some of the reviews are believed to be fake reviews. For me.... the bad reviews couldn’t be more accurate. I don’t believe Popzora is a scam per several other reviews. I DO think it is just a really dysfunctional business.

Scam Company !!!!

The clothing they sent me are absolutely horrible !!!!!! nothing like the pictures. I received 2 out of the 3 items I ordered. Took 6 weeks to get them and they are so ugly. This is a scam company!!!! junk clothing and way too small. I gave the clothing to the salvation Army. what an Absolute scam !!!! Do not order from this company.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company - it took 2 months for my purchase to arrive. The scarf was not of the material or color pictured on the site. I tried to return it during Christmas and missed the return window by a week. They will not return item. Item is trash.

This website is terrible all around

This website is terrible all around, first of all its November and i am trying to do some early Christmas shopping for my wife so I place an order of 4 items one being a pair of sandals their sizes are Euro so i look at the conversion chart on the site. My fault for trusting them because when my wife opened them at Christmas see loved them but they were two sizes to big. Lets go back to the begin of December I looked at the website again and placed another order seeing the 2 week delivery. This one was a larger order of about 8 items some of the items being boots looking at the picture and color of a pair of boots that said red but they looked like they had more of a brownish red so i picked them thinking the color could be very versatile and a pair of gray boots still unaware that the size chart was way off. Now the order finally starts to so up a little at a time excited to see my items i open the first box which happens to be the reddish brown boot...they look nothing like the color on the website! They are a dark red. The gray boots show the next day and have a blueish color to them other items start gradually showing up they differ a bit form pictures on the sit but not bad in appearance the quality on the other hand...Well Christmas is here and i am still waiting on a few items one being the order that was placed on November 14th... My wife opens the gifts and is happy with them them see tries on the shoes like i said the sandals are way to big and the reddish brown boots the same thing. i said no big deal i will exchange them for two sizes smaller the site says they have an exchange policy. i email them and get a response pretty quick that the Sandals could be exchanged but not the boots because they were past the 15 day return policy i said i didn't want to return them i wanted an exchange(it was day 17).after that no response for three days after multiple emails. So i email another person and finally get a response "We no longer do exchanges but if you want a refund you can send them back at your expense" I revived a shipping address but have yet to make it to the post office because it is New Years day. I have a feeling i will stuck with a pair of Sandals because the shipping cost and don't forget the customs fee is going to be more then the price of the boots which i guess if i ever decide to cross-dress i have a pair of rose red sandals. Oh by the way i am still waiting on 2 items on placed on the 14th of November. So in short if you like playing the odds(which are probably better in Vegas)and place an order for summer clothes place it in February and cross your fingers that you don't have to deal with the crappy costumer service people. p.s. I have never posted a review so that should tell you something

POPZORA NO!

I ordered a "coat" that was described as "winter/fall" weight. NOT! Very light weight. Also described as cotton blend. Tag in seam says 100% polyester. It is shiny satin-like med. weight poly. In the picture it looks like thick boiled wool. NOT! Also I checked the size chart. I should have been an XL according to the chart and my measurements. But I ordered 1 size up...an XXL. It is too small for a coat. Would recommend ordering at least 2 sizes larger than chart tells you. Try 3. The description calls it a "hoodie" but it barely makes it to the top of the back of my head, and the slipperiness of the fabric allows it to fall. I may be able to alter the "hood" so it fits as an actual hood. I am a seamstress. So as a "coat" it will not function at all, however, as a bathrobe it might. It matches my bedroom colors, and is bathrobe weight. Plus the satin-poly fabric matches my satin-poly bedspread and shams in fabric and color. And over my skinny tight fitting silk underwear that I use as jammies, it should fit ok. Still...Disappointing altogether. But I'll pull a good thing out of
it . However, I do NOT recommend this company nor garment. Will never buy from them again. Gives all Asian companies a bad name. But I've found a few that give good-enough quality and sizing that I can enjoy the garment...even though it's never just like the pictures Asian companies post... so they all lie. They are shooting themselves in the foot doing this. Plus there's no way to leave a review on their website.

Took my money and ran

Ordered 2 jackets on December 10 and paid for express shipping on one of them. I was shocked that the one with standard shipping is being sent first- and the tracking number was sent to USPS on December 20! The order with express shipping has yet to be packaged or shipped, it's been more than 2 weeks, their website has shut down, and now I have to go buy something else entirely for a night time, outdoor wedding that is in 8 days. I'm disgusted. I will be filing a fraud claim with the bank.
