Outstanding !!!

Ordered 30m2 floor tiles 3 days ago. 8am this morning they arrived. The panic I’ve had ( phoned Customer Services too) about ‘ kerbside delivery’ was completely alleviated, the delivery man brought them up to my door. I had previously explained the access to another company before placing an order and they had a shocking attitude. I’m on my own, so this morning was a perfect delivery, they’re all inside the house within an hour.
Not one mark on any boxes, well wrapped on a waterproof pallet. Really a fab experience, thank you.

I needed to match some silicone sealant for the bathroom and wasn't sure which colour it was. Lesley was really helpful and arranged for me to visit and check before purchase. Very friendly professional service.

Ordered tiles on 11th December (S907927). Selected delivery on 13th December because we are going on holiday on 14th December. No delivery, no phone calls no information by email or text. Now closed until Monday 9 a.m., when I am abroad. Absolute waste of time.

Second time ordering from here, and although the tiles are great, the delivery lets this company down. Four days late delivering first time and now a day late the second time. Unfortunately the experience dealing with the delivery company has been the worst experience.

Purchased porcelain tiles based on images on website and sample they sent to me. On their website it said "Please note that a small number of these tiles have a vein on - it's part of the design to mimick the beauty of natural stone." I expected some natural veining, but instead a quarter of the tiles had a feature that is meant to look like a crack across the whole tile, on them. This was not shown on the website nor on the sample they sent me.
The cracked looking tiles are unusable however they have refused to refund for the tiles with the cracked feature. Not a very good service really, at least they should show a picture of this crack feature on their website so you know what you are buying.

they encouraged me purchase another order and use promo code.

Have been doing a full blown home renovation project and have had to place multiple orders from the Porcelain Superstore with the need for quick, reliable delivery. All the tiles we've ordered have come on time and have looked just like the samples. All in a great experience to date.

I ordered a sample of the rock graphite outdoor tile. The sample was great and based on that i decided to place a bulk order. Slabs arrived on time and delivery driver was really helpful. However when checking through the slabs the majority looked as if they were cracked or damaged. I contacted Porcelain Superstore who advised it was 'veining' and that is how the slab should look. I explained i was not happy with this look and argued it didnt look like that online or on the sample i had ordered and advised i would be returning. I was told i would have to pay to return these slabs. As you can imagine to return a heavy item was extremely costly. I have since received my refund but would urge potential customers to read the wording on the advertisement and enlarge the photos so you can have a true picture of what you are going to receive.

Disappointing Quality and Service – Would Not Recommend

I ordered tiles from Porcelain Superstore to expand a kitchen project using the exact same tile I’d ordered previously. Unfortunately, the "same" tiles were actually a few millimeters off in size, an issue only noticeable once they were partially installed. Customer service pointed to a vague batch disclaimer buried in their terms, and they refused to offer any compensation, even though they never made us aware of this critical difference when placing a repeat order. Poor quality control and lack of accountability – I wouldn’t trust them for any future project!

We had some damaged tiles following a recent delivery. After notifying Porcelain help desk they replaced them within 2 days which was really helpful. Thanks Emily at the help desk for arranging this.

Customer service is non existent. Ordered tiles for our bathroom. Part of the order arrived within 2 days…when chasing the rest of it, we were told they had been damaged in transit and returned to the depot, fair enough, when are the rest coming…don’t know…we kind of need them as per us paying £36 for express delivery…we should be able to get them to you for monday…fabulous!!! Another part of the order turns up on Monday…back wall of shower tiles still missing…another chase up…we don’t know, they’ll be 7-10 days, nope, that’s not what your website said, our delivery note states next day delivery…well that’s wrong and if you don’t stop interrupting me I’ll hang up…erm I was talking and you interrupted me but ok…you know what? Cancel and refund my order and delivery charge and you need never hear from me again…EMILY did indeed hang up on me…shocking

I ordered 15 packs of Canyon Beige 2cm Outdoor Tiles. I understand tiles can vary in appearance but was disappointed to see these were a completely different colour to what was advertised. Due to the practicalities of laying the slabs I decided to accept the order but wanted to let the customer services team know the product was not sold to specification.

Considering I'd accepted their error, I thought I would at least be treated with some respect but instead of at least an apology I was provided with Ts&C's as to why the situation was my fault. It's not my fault they sell products with false advertising.

I now see in the Google reviews this is a common occurrence and had I checked that first I could have avoided this company.

Worst customer service. I ordered sample first. Then ordered placed main ordered. They delivered me tiles late as my tiling work got delayed. There some strange smell come from tile. Hope it will go away by time.

Dreadful, dreadful service. I placed a (small) order but received an email the next day to say that the tiles were out of stock and it would be over 2 weeks before they were back in stock. I could either order something different or, have a refund (I would have preferred for that information to be highlighted on their website). I decided to order some different tiles and at that point, the lady was incredibly helpful. When the tiles were delivered, they were the wrong ones delivered. This is where the customer service was none existent. I rang to say that they were the wrong tiles. No apology, just that they would arrange collection of the tiles and that my correct order would be with me the following week (they can collect their product the next day but not deliver mine). Only when I pointed out that there had been no apology, did I get a reluctant apology. I was given the option of a refund but that wasn’t the point. I had a tiler booked for the weekend to fit the tiles, money that I have now lost along with the inconvenience and a further wait for the tiler to be available. My refund will not be processed until the tiles reach them back at their depot, and given that they are being collected on a Friday, won’t be until Monday (customer/courier trust not existent), and then a further however many business days for the money to reach my account. Repeatedly told that the tiles must be placed on the pallet they were delivered on and in an accessible place. I repeated three times that the tiles would be placed exactly where they were delivered to but they still felt the need to repeat this three times. Out of pocket and very disappointed with overall and customer service. I would avoid using this company.

The tiles are ok. I ordered 2.5 sq mt or times and some adhesive. This was delivered in 2 different orders so they gave me 2 pallets. I had to pay the council 20 pounds each to remove them as they would not take them back.

I was really disappointed with this company. The delivered the tiles to the wrong address and refused to correct this mistake and refused to give us a refund for their error.

Really poor experiance. They don’t accept PayPal and wanted to spread the payments. I have an excellent credit history and Klarna didn’t allow me to spread the payments so had to go with Victoria Plumbing. Shame.

I got good tiles at a reasonable price from Porcelain Superstore. They have excellent customer service.

I have purchased many tiles from the Porcelain superstore in the last few years and their service and quality have gone down the drain. Previously, I received an order with many broken tiles however my builder was able to work with them after cutting. This time, I ordered the Jewel Onyx Ivory Tiles which are white/ivory in colour but what I have received is a beige/grey tile and unfortunately, my builder has laid it down as I wasn't home. When I contacted the customer service department to let them know of the discrepancy, Liz from their team told me I should have double-checked as we can't guarantee the colours on your screen. Their customer service is worse than their tiles, as I clearly mentioned that I am not asking for a refund and telling you about the discrepancy. Triple-check what you have ordered before laying it down.
