We ordered Porcelanosa products throughout a new six bedroom house seven years ago. The design looked good but we have since had a number of breakages as a result of poor quality and manufacturing. Washbasin plugs, shower brackets, shower heads, soap dispensers and now a flat toilet flush panel. Getting replacements from Spain has taken a long time and proved expensive. The toilet flush was in stock at your Watford warehouse, but collection times were inconvenient and delivery cost some £60. I have been extremely disappointed with my choice of Porcelanosa and do not recommend your products. Dr Anthony Mitchell

Got the whole assembly delivered with all extra parts. Very expensive for what it is but the part fit.

I would have given no stars if I could as I did not receive the product and I have had to open a dispute with PayPal to get my money back . Very bad company to deal with and employing very lazy people.
