Very expensive as is delivery cost, size has also changed I needed a couple of tiles to rectify a job messed up by Bloor homes and could only buy a box when I got them home the tile size had changed

Getting this delivery was a nightmare! We ordered and paid for 5 cases of tiles for a new bathroom. We had confirmation of the delivery and so organized a Tiler for the next day. Delivery day came and a driver arrived from your Bristol Depot (112 miles) with 5 individual tiles! I then tried to contact the depot and could not get anyone to pick up - 10 phone calls later i finally got some help from a After Sales advisor from your Head Office. The delivery arrived 2 days later - but we had to cancel and rebook the tiler and plumber. So although we are very happy with the end result - it was a traumatic process. Not helped by the fact that no one at Procelanosa Bristol seems to pick up the phone.
