Unprofessional and a total disaster

Unprofessional and a total disaster. Sold me a car with multiple issues, no pre delivery inspection took place. I suffered engine failure, brake problems, comms system failure, locks that won’t stay closed. The suggested solution was for me to pay €14k extra for a brand new car, when I declined the dealership refused to speak to me any further. Disgusting and dishonest treatment. I was made to feel like I am the problem, when actually the failure is the fault of Porsche Dortmund. This nightmare has been going on since May, ruined what was supposed to be a treat and is now being taken to Porsche HQ, and spread across any social media I can find. The mark of truly great service is to excel when things go wrong, and this dealership failed me many times over.
