They sent me a faulty product quite quickly but they did not check that the product was not functioning good service on their part though

Goods delivered very quickly and exactly as described. I would be happy to use Porta-Charge again.

Ordered a battery on 16 January. Payment taken straight away. No confirmation email therefore no tracking number! No answer on calling the phone number on the web page.

Above all no battery!!!

It's now 7 days and counting. Interested to receive request to rate Porta-Charges performance.

I recevie my charger for my kindle in a couple of days. Good price and far cheaper that the one on offer on the Amazon website so I am very happy with my purchase

Ordered a new phone battery in the afternoon, arrived in the post next morning. Can't ask for any more.

Quality charger, delivered within a few days - no problem recommending to others.
Only reservation was that there is no contact phone number or address on the web site, and contact times are quoted in 'Pacific standard time'.
As it happens, I didn't need to, so that was ok

I give Porta-Charge 4 stars because I ordered the item and it came within the week and worked perfectly. However, as people are not sure about ordering online from companies they don't know, I'd advise the company to change their system slightly... the confirmation email says "call us at Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm PST." but upon emailing, was informed that all customer service is done by email. I'd order again.

The goods are perfect. This would have been a 5 star review but delivery time from date of ordering was 11 days.

Delivery still has not arrived 11 days after order. Correspondance from the company is now quoting "Unfortunately Royal Mail reserves the right to 14 days delivery, but rarely does this occur".

3 Days to go.......

Ordered this USB charger on Saturday eve. All transactions etc went through fiine. Arrived Tuesday as promised. All in working order. Took it to Greece works wonders!! Would defo recommend and look to buy other items. Best price too. Thanks :) :)

Delivery was rapid (must have been, it was for my daughter and I don't remember being hassled about how long it took). Also, she hasn't broken it yet (several weeks) so it must be quite robust.

My questions were answered very quickly and staff were very helpful. Goods arrived very quickly. Wouldn't fault anything.

After reading a few good reviews i decided to have a look at the porta-charge site as i needed a cover for my new blackberry. WHAT A DISSAPOINTMENT it took nearly two weeks to arrive even thought they had sent an email to say order was processed within a day of placing it. I finally recieved it today 7/9/11 and when i opened the packet was crest fallen as to what a cheap nasty piece of plastic I had received. No way will I visit again or recommend.

Very pleased with quick delivery. The charger is solidely built, and so far seems to work very well. In the past I have purchased two cheaper chargers and they both ceased working on the second occasion of use!! - I'm hoping this one lasts considerabely longer.
