Portable Power 1700 Jump Starter Repair
From phoning PortablePowerShop Ltd asking information on a repair to my Portable Power 1700 Jump Starter was the start of a 5 Star gold Sevice from the best company I have ever dealt with from start to finish the service I got was better than 5 star
On phoning PortablePowerShop Ltd
I spoke to General Manager Karen Furness who said that I would need to send it to them and that James there service manager would inspect it and then phone with the cost involved with the repair
Karen said all I needed to do was to pay postage to them and if I decided not to have it repaired there would be a return postage charge the postage charges quoted for this service was excellent.
On deciding to go ahead with the inspection,Karen arranged the Pick up on the day i assigned with her
Karen emailed me the Printable Label to attach to my Portable Power 1700 Jump Starter which was collected as agreed from my door by UPS
(It’s important that you parcel your unit up well to prevent any damage)during collection and delivery
After a couple of days I received a phone call from James the Service Manager has promised by Karen and I agreed the repair cost which was excellent
The Portable Power Jump starter was returned to in excellent condition and in full working order
The return packaging was excellent and again by UPS who emailed me the delivery day
I cannot say enough about the service I received from PortablePowerShop Ltd from Karen and James this as been my best experience I have had from any company I have used
I searched the internet to try and find a repair company and PortablePowerShop came up
I would highly recommend this company PortablePowershop Ltd
You nothing to loose just the cost of send and return by UPS who also were excellent
