Really helpful and friendly service and good quality products. I think it's usually a collection service, but as he was out and about anyway, he delivered the coils and liquids we needed within 5 minutes of placing our order. I would highly recommend.

Further to my first review, we've had plenty more excellent service. We bought the wrong flavour oil by accident, then opened and used a bit it before realising. He still took it back and exchanged it, which is usually unheard of as it was our mistake. Also, when we couldn't get coils for a device we'd bought elsewhere, he sourced the coils and lent us another device while we were waiting for our order. On top of all that, he offered to do our shopping when we had covid!! Customer service doesn't get any better than that!
