I am very upset by Porto support

I am very upset by Porto support, they wasted 1 month of my time and haven't helped, even worst they sent code that breaks Site layout...
I spent hours to figure out it...

they have zero customer support

they have zero customer support, you get thrown into an endless loop of "fill out the support form on our website for assistance" even if you already did that to receive the initial communication. This developer is a scam and you should stay very far away.

Porto Theme Devs (P-Themes) Manipulate Reviews, Break Sites, and Exploit Support Loopholes

My experience with P-Themes—the creators of the Porto WooCommerce theme—has been nothing short of dishonest, broken, and manipulative.

🔧 The theme shipped with critical bugs:

Image import errors

Slider Revolution conflicts

A forced “Edit Header” overlay that cannot be turned off, no matter the settings

🛠 Support is insulting. When they even respond (often after long delays), they provide mechanical replies like “check your cache” or “disable plugins”—even when the issue clearly stems from their own theme. Actual troubleshooting? Nonexistent.

👥 They also fake identities. Agents swap accounts, respond under different names, and even admit it. Why lie about who's helping me?

💬 Worst of all—they asked me to remove my negative review in exchange for a refund.
That is not support. That is review fraud.
When I refused they contacted "envato's author support" and reported me. All 1 star reviews were removed by envato by Lena Weaver. I reported her, they are covering her up. Alex Greene pretends to be her senior and also covers her up and does not pass me to their legal department.
I found out they remove ALL NEGATIVE 1 STAR REVIEWS using Envato's author support, this is why they don't have any!
I have evidence of reviews from others who were also removed 2 days later.
When I reported Porto's service, they started deleting the support tickets and communication. I had already screenshots!

When asked for a refund, Porto blocked me from asking support, they locked their interface and would not respond me. Envato the same, I opened a case with Paypal, Paypal backed me up INSTANTLY.
ENVATO AND P-THEMES ARE SCARED OF PAYPAL.

Before you open a paypal case do the following:
1. Gather evidence. All support tickets with their late or not useful responses
2. Download all your purchases and save the activation codes for every purchase
3. Open a Paypal Case.

Envato will suspend your account, but will not do anything to stop you. They are scared. Once the case is with Paypal is a win, you just wait for the time to pass, Neither p-themes or envato will say anything or provide evidence.
Envato does not have the department to deal with paypal! GO TO PAYPAL OR YOUR CARD PROVIDER!
Envato later opened my account again as if they did me a favour so I don't report to ACCC. I already had and will keep on reporting them to the authorities.

I've raised multiple tickets and brought this to Envato/ThemeForest. Not only did they fail to act—they deleted my 1-star reviews 3 times.

This company cannot be trusted. Their products are unstable, their support is evasive, and their business ethics are non-existent.

They are unethical. Stay away.
