Good reliable internet but most of all excelllent customer service. Last year when we had to leave early and sent the dongle back, they phoned us to ask if there was a problem and automatically refunded us. This year, the lady in the CTT had mislaid the package, I phoned PI and they helped her find it on the spot. Great service.

Good Afternon

Pick up at Faro Airport is not in Airport.They lie to you .You have to take it in Rent a car out of Airport.(1, 5 km) . I was waiting 25 m and i Gave up. after i come black and The Rent a car was close 16 h. Finnaly someone arrived i Gave to me The Router. You received it without batery. After did not work. i tryed to call assistant but no answer. You leave a SMS but no answer. Bad experience and no more with them

Previously left a bad review since I did not get my esim and it was delivered late due to a bug.
I now got it and have nothing to complain. The customer support was amazing and sorted everything out quickly. Internet speed is good and signal is great, especially in comparison to other providers like Holafly, which only gave me a Roaming eSIM that would keep disconnecting and didn't run on more than a few kb/s.
For 1€/day you can also add 35GB outside of Portugal, which is great to have for your trip back home.
To add to this, the pricing is also lower than popular competitors. I'm very impressed.

I rented a mobile wifi for 2 weeks during a trip to the Azores. The unit arrived ahead of our arrival date and was ready for us to pick up when we got there. It worked perfectly the whole trip and allowed us to use Google Maps to navigate the island. Returning was easy using the pre-paid envelope.
As another reviewer noted, sometimes pickup and drop-off locations are limited to certain hours or days of the week. This was listed on their website and I adjusted my schedule to the days/times available to make it work.

From the beginning to the end it was so awesome to have a pocket wifi.
It helped in road direction as I drove 1800km in 6 days. Thank you once again

Everything went perfectly smooth with using Portugal Internet for our hotspot. We used it for 3 1/2 weeks all throughout Portugal and never had a single issue. Picking up and returning the hotspot was very easy and had clear instructions. We will be looking forward to using them again.

Postal service only.
Ordered Wi-Fi service. Chose Last Minute pick-up. System did not flag that pick-up locations are closed weekends, and there is limited pick-up times on weekdays. Made payment. Then noticed small print of pick-up restrictions. So NO Last Minute pick up service! Also the Pick-up point at the airport is at the local postal service CTT desk and also weekdays only. Had connecting travel and spent hours going to closed pick up point, and then airport to find there is no customer service. Most probably only good if you place location as your destination place, but useless for picking up at any location during weekends or outside normal work hours weekdays. Some other clients also reported issues with drop off. They take your money but don’t flag restrictions.

It was great to have the wifi available to us everywhere we went, especially with children. My only complaint is the battery life on ours was terrible. We had a battery pack we had to charge it too. My brother in law had the same wifi port and his battery life was way better than ours. Ours only lasted max 5 hours without charging

Spent 2 weeks in Portugal and had unlimited internet right from pick up at airport till drop off for 56 euros ( 84 CND) This would have cost 224 CND had I used my international data plan. Wifi was always exceptional. The device will go into sleep mode if it’s not being utilized to save battery. I charged it once per day. Will absolutely use again for my next trip.

We ordered internet for almost 60 days. It usually worked very well. Just in the evening it was sometimes a little slower especially if you wanted to stream something. But other than that I can recommend it

The process couldn't have been easier. The device was waiting at our hotel on the day of our arrival. It was much more reasonable to rent the portable wifi than to both be charged $10 per day for the international plan. Return was simple as well. We will definitely use this company again.

This is a fantastic service, is was so easy to order, we were sent the email once it was ready for collection. set-up easy, worked really well. We were on holidays in Portugal for a month and it was perfect. Returns was so easy they supply the envelope and dropped it in a letterbox in the airport. Will definitely use this company again

Warning if anyone thinking to purchase, l had no problem with the portable internet, but l had a serious issue with the customer service!!! Trying to post it back at the airport, and their letter box was to small to post, so when l arrived back to the u,k, been the post office, it cost a bomb!, and guess what another bombshell, their say that l haven't enough pay enough, so l payed 80 Euros, it has cost me a lot, so please beware of their tactic!!
