Ordered some glasses from…

Ordered some glasses from Porzellanhandel24 online for a very important Christmas gift. I ordered them the 3rd of December, and was told that they would arrive to me within two weeks.
That was definitely not the case..
On the 19th I still hadn't received any glasses so I wrote to their email to ask if I could maybe get a track and trace number.
I was told that they hadn't sent the glasses yet because they weren't in stock, even though it said so on the website and they had already withdrew the money on my bank account..

This is from my perspektiv a very unprofessional and poor way to treat costumers. Especially if you're not from Germany, I would recommend that you find another online store to buy your things...
