Happy with the products now that they have arrived, but the process from order to final delivery has been very poor. Deep lack of communication, very limited shipping updates and explanation of delays, and a long waiting period. Very frustrating and confusing.

Your website was annoying in that i had…
Your website was annoying in that i had to switch browsers after spending ages making our selection in order to pat.
You were sold out of all the big sets i wanted and yet seemed to have both the cases and the selection of poscas needed.
I chose 2 smaller sets but these came with a different range of colours than depicted in the pictures and as i had ordered other sets things got doubled up rather than our art department getting the range and variety desired.
I waited for over 40 mins on the phone for help but eventually gave up and hung up. The chat was okay but I was trying to teach at the same time so it kept timing out.
But we do love love Poscas sooooo well done there.

Consistently good service over the years.
I’ve been using Posca Pens for years now and since discovering I can buy them direct from Poscart I’ve been able to buy all the colours I want plus bundles not available in stores and all at a very competitive price. When I had a delivery issue recently (completely out of their control) Poscart took responsibility, reassured me that whatever happened they would make good if the item was lost and liaised with their delivery agent to locate and deliver my package. There was a minor incidence of information not provided in what I felt was a timely manner, however given that possibly they weren’t just dealing with my delivery problems and were busy, it doesn’t alter my good opinion of Poscart’s service.

Great service, great product
We are very happy with the speed of delivery, the quality of the product and how well-packed it was.
This would have been a 5 star review, only lost one star because the product we wanted wasn't in stock and hadn't been for several months. (We wanted the large set of Posca pens in the case).
Having said that, the pens we got were great and 5 stars for service!
