Very disappointed customer
I booked a weekend stay for 1 May. This has obviously been cancelled but Posh Pads have refused to offer a refund and have issued a voucher or the opportunity to book a new date within 7 days. The terms under which this has been done are very unfair:if the new date is more expensive you have to come up with the extra and if it is cheaper, you don't get anything refunded. Also if you need to change the new date again, you lose everything. Under the current circumstances, everyone is experiencing stress and numerous pressures and everyone is losing money for one reason or another; we are not in a position to be thinking about another holiday. Many other companies are doing the right thing and offering a choice between getting a refund or re-booking (with fairer terms). When all this is over, customers will remember the way they have been treated - very poorly by Posh Pads. I will be telling everyone I know not to book with them.
