Posh Totty make such lovely products and their shop in Brighton is always lovely to visit but id never had a need for their customer service until recently. I lost a part from my earring and contacted them about a replacement.

They got back to me so quickly, found a resolution for me and processed everything so quickly I can’t quite believe it. Thank you Molly for being friendly, helpful and genuine. Funny how a really positive experience like this feels even more valuable than the beautiful jewellery I’ve come to know the company for. 10 out of 10

Beautiful necklace ordered for my partner. Ordering was nice and simple and a quick delivery time. In transit the chain in the box had become a little tangled and we were initially unable to untie the knot it had got itself into.
I emailed to get any hints or tips to resolve the issue and Molly from customer service replied within 10 minutes of me sending my email, with a couple of pointers to help. Within another 5 minutes of her reply I had a chain that was now untangled!
My partner loves it, and I would 100% recommend! I will be using posh totty designs again for sure!

I received a personalised necklace as a gift a year ago and have worn it every day since but I ended up ruining it trying to clean it (entirely my fault). I was gutted but then discovered that they did a refurb service which was incredibly reasonably priced. I was expecting them to say it was beyond repair but they sent it back super quickly with a brand new chain and looking as good as the day I first received it. I am so thrilled to have it back and super impressed with their refurb service. Molly contacted me to clarify what length chain I’d like and was really helpful and friendly - so nice to deal with someone who is so well suited to customer service.

All in all a brilliant service - both in terms of the beautiful item and the later refurb service. Would 100% recommend!

I ordered a personalised necklace from Posh Totty Designs to commemorate a loved one who passed recently. When I ordered the necklace, the delivery date was the 24th January which is the same day as my loved one’s funeral. I contacted the lovey people at Posh Totty Designs and they were able to ensure I had the necklace in time to wear for the funeral, as was my wish. The necklace arrived yesterday and it is beautiful. Thank you so much.

Molly (amazing). Got back to me within ann hour or so and assures me it’s not a problem and they will amend my item.

Posh Totty always deliver the goods - and what fantastic goods they are too! I wanted a beautiful and meaningful gift for my goddaughter on her 18th birthday and the sun, moon and starts bracelet was just right. Jesie was super helpful in making sure that it got gold-plated just as I wanted it and it arrived on time! Can't recommend highly enough.

Jesie made sure the share a hug necklace was 100% perfect for my friend. I needed a custom length and was ordering so close to christmas that I wasn't sure it could be done, but Jesie made it easy. My friend loves her necklace, she really feels she's carrying a hug from her friends with her every day. I can't recommend Posh Totty highly enough!

Amazing customer service from Posh Totty.

I emailed to ask if the delivery lead time could be reduced slightly and even though we were between Xmas and New Year they responded within 24hrs confirming that this could be done and advised of an expected delivery date.

I honestly can’t fault their attention to detail and will definitely recommend.

What a lovely company to deal with. The ring ordered was delivered much quicker than scheduled and unexpectedly in time for Christmas. My daughter loves it. Communication from Molly in customer services was always prompt and cheery, thank you Molly.

I attended a great ring design workshop in Brighton in September organised by Emily and hosted by Jasmine and it was fab!
When my ring arrived in the post I was delighted with it - the quality is outstanding- but it was too large so I dealt with the extremely helpful Emily again. Emily kept me fully informed with lovely personalised emails - she was genuinely wanting me to be happy with the ring. She even followed up to check whether I was happy with the resized ring - I am super happy with it 😊 I’d thoroughly recommend Posh Totty Designs - the jewellery is beautiful, the people who make it are very talented and the after sales customer service is outstanding. I wanted to customize a piece of jewellery but had been let down by another company and so I needed it quite quickly for Christmas.

I contacted their support email and explained the situation. They organised it and it was delivered quickly. Really appreciated the prompt and helpful customer service, as well as a beautiful and high quality piece of jewellery.

My daughter loves her necklace and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Posh Totty Designs again. I highly recommend them and it’s great to see a small business delivering such a high quality experience.

I'm really disappointed with the item I purchased and my experience with this company. I liked the idea of supporting a small/independent business, but in hindsight wish I'd purchased a similar item I saw from a major highstreet jewellers.
I ordered a personalised russian ring pendant in mid-November as a Christmas gift with a gold-plated chain. When the item arrived I was disappointed with the quality of the chain - it looked extremely cheap and flimsy, however it was also not gold-plated. I immediately emailed customer services to inform them and request the correct chain to be sent out. I was asked to send photos which I did, and received an email response apologising for the incorrect chain. However, I was asked to return the chain before the correct one would be despatched. I can obviously understand the need for the chain to be returned, however as the error was not mine, I felt the replacement could have been sent immediately. I returned the incorrect chain on the 13th December. I received an email on the 18th advising that they had received it and had asked for the new one to be sent that day. It did not arrive in time for Christmas. I have still not received it, nor have I received any despatch/tracking information. I ended up going to a local jewellers on Christmas Eve and buying an alternative chain in order to give the recipient their gift for Christmas. However, as I initially spent £140 on the item, I feel really disappointed and let down in having to do so. Sadly I cannot recommend and will avoid in the future.

Beautiful birthstone necklace - my wife absolutely loved it. And the service was exceptional - I left it far too late to order as a Xmas present (19th!) given it was personalised but the brilliant Jesie somehow managed to ensure it was made and delivered by Xmas eve! Many thanks Posh Totty

Love the look of my personalised ring! I ordered a little while ago, in time to be my Christmas present from my parents. I wore it just yesterday (25/12/24) and it’s all scratched and looks to be losing the gold colour already on the top of the ring. I feel very upset about this, as I really do love the ring.

Having ordered a personalised ring from posh totty, I realised it was the wrong size (my fault) and contacted the customer service team. Within a day, Emily had replied to me with a solution and was very understanding. I cannot thank Emily enough for her quick replies and making sure this was corrected before Christmas!

The service we received was outstanding. We were a little late ordering a necklace for our daughter's birthday and so asked if we could have a quick delivery. Order arrived within a week and we were kept fully informed as to the status of our order by Molly from day one. Really good quality product from a company that went above and beyond to please.
Would recommend to anybody.

Great service by Jesie who helped me out so quickly when I had the metal colour wrong and this did not take away from the beautiful jewellery that arrived (thank you Amy) and it being in the time frame promised. Lovely wrapping too. Thank you!

I ordered my boyfriend a ring for Christmas, I accidentally specified for it to be oxidised (rather than shiny) and the team gladly gave me a free quick return, they’ve polished it to make it shiny and sent it back assuring me it will be returned before Christmas. They gave me updates via email as well to reassure me. Would highly recommend buying from here! The ring itself is also really high quality. Great customer service, particular shout out to Emily and Jesie who helped me.
