Avoid as much as possible. Poor customer service. I placed my order with next day delivery £6.95 to avid Hermes as I had many issues with them in my area. Instead to get my order with the next day delivery I received my order over one week later and it has been delivered by Hermes. Of course I had a chat with Harvey and proof as he lied to my about dispatch and my delivery refund. Never received my money back.
Avoid !!!

I have had several orders, as I like the product, however my last one was for 3 short sleeved t shirts. They sent 3 long sleeved t shirts! Despite accepting their mistake, the Company seem to want me to do all the running in packaging/ returning/ paying for/ arranging courier services - you name it! Decent customer service would do this outfit a real favour in determining their future success - it’s always a mistake to ignore it. You got the order wrong, you sort it.

Great gear and sustainability at the heart of it all. Love their bamboo t shirts and they are a staple of my wardrobe. The t shirts wash well and are the perfect fit

Exceptional customer service. After discussing the process on their returns policy they proactively contacted me after I had a delay in sending the package back. Impressed around, 10/10 clothing, 10/10 service

Worst customer service experience.

I bought one of their hemp shopper bags, bit steep for £40 incl. delivery however I liked the design and want to support independent retailers.

The bag I received was faulty as the inside zip pocket was seen into the lining and unusable. In addition to this the product is not good quality - the lining is s synthetic cheap type material and the outer fabric has already shown signs of wear with only a couple of uses. Not great considering this is supposed to be an everyday shopper type bag.

When contacting the company regarding the issue to which I offered to send pictures of the fault I was informed I had to return the item at my own cost recorded to allow them to assess the fault before considering a refund. When I tried to negotiate this situation Harvey became extremely sarcastic and patronising. This has left a bad feeling about this company and would suggest they renamed their business to 'Negative Outlook'!

Avoid!

I got my new clothes 1,5 weeks ago but i never got my full delivery.
There were one tanktop/sleeveless tee missing. They doesn't answer the chatt and you can't contact them. I've sent e-mail and messages through Facebook and instagram without any answers or replies.

I got a call the day after i put the order. He tells me that one of the t-shirts is out of stock and that i have to change the order a bit. So i cancel one t-shirt and change a few sizes they had in stock but not on their website. Now im missing the sleeveless tee Ishmael - Navy - L......

Positive Outlook Clothing has an unethical and unfair refund policy on their online site.
They refuse to refund unless the goods are faulty.If others have had problems obtaining a refund contact the consumer helpline, via the citizen's advice website, you can phone or use the easy on-line form.
Even if it was some time ago,for example, they will tell you if you have a case and can refer to trading standards.I have done this and they were referred at which point this company promptly refunded me.
I am trying to reach others who may have been refused a legitimate refund by them.

Their customer service is terrible .Initially I thought they were just misguided but now I am not so sure.In view of their behaviour I cannot ever recommend purchasing from this company even if they change their online refund policy.

Also I left a negative review on their website which quickly disappeared, unless it is restored it suggests to me that their reviews maybe skewed.

There are much better ethical online stores such as Thought Clothing, nomads, Mudd and Water,People Tree, Komodo, QuickSilver, O'Neills,Patagnia, Rapanui and many ethical lines such as United Blue, Jack Wolfskin. Ayachuchu, Hagloffs, Sherpa, Icebreaker -that are available from strores such as Surfdome and Cotswold outdoors. They all have good customer service and reputable returns policies.For children try KiteKids

The 'positive outlook' this company is cultivating I'm afraid just feels like hype to me
