We are reasonably new to Post Affiliate Pro and have been using it for the last six months.
For the most part, everything has gone smoothly.
The Platform is very robust, they have a vast knowledge base, and their support team responds within a few days.
So far, we have been able to accomplish everything that we have set to and are excited to move forward with this solution.

I used Post Affiliate to launch my Networking business several years ago. Although I am not running that business at the moment, I HIGHLY recommend this software for your business! When I jump back into another business where I need software like this...I do not have to research anywhere else...Post Affiliate is my go to place!

Very good software. Difficult to set up if you are not very tech advanced but great once you get used to it.

I have been using Post Affiliate for years. Their support is Fantastic! Very quick, professional and FRIENDLY. I highly recommend them and their products.

Post Affiliate Pro is a beast. It's much better and more intuitive than it used to be.

Here's the best part about it:

It works.
It's robust.
It handles cross-domain conversion tracking

(Which is very important, by the way.)

What I don't love is that you really need a developer to configure it for you.

I also don't love the layout from the affiliate side of the fence.

But once it's setup, you're good. You can trust it won't break - which is unlike a lot of other solutions in the marketplace.

I have been using Post Affiliate Pro for over 10 years and I can't speak highly enough about it. This is truly a first-in-class, very robust software for running all types of affiliate programs. The support team is also second-to none, and I am quite impressed with their responsiveness. Like any other high-end software of this caliber, there is a bit of a learning curve to it, but once you've gotten that covered, you are sailing and should have very little difficulties - if any, after that.

The portal is a little confusing but you get the hang of it after awhile.

Post Affiliate Pro has been an extremely easy to implement solution for us to track affiliate sales. The support is also second to none and would highly recomment.

So far so good, every issues encountered were rapidly taken care of by support team.
Easy to handle and understand I am sure I am still not using the platform to its full potential but this will come in time.

Post Affiliate Pro is the best and the most easy to use software for both small and big enterprises who wants to run affiliate marketing campaigns.
I've been using them for little while now and the experience has been amazing. The support team goes all out helping me to setup the program so I can focus on my business not the technical part of it.
The dashboard has a ton of insightful data to see the weak spots in my marketing funnel and improve my campaigns based on that.
The tracking system of Post Affiliate Pro is excellent and the support system is awesome.

Overall I would have to give this company 3 stars. Their customer support is very lacking. In fact, quite a few times they came off extremely rude and demanding to me when I did not understand what they were asking me, or when they did not understand what I was needing for my site. As long as you can push past that, the site does do what I need it to for tracking my affiliates. I wish that they provided different payment options other than Paypal for the USA. Maybe someday they will.

If you are looking for an affiliate software capable of handling a multi-level structure, this is a very good software to use. It's well priced and is easy to implement. Tech support is hardly needed but when you do, they are usually quite responsive, even though there is no live voice answering (only chat or email).

Based on my experience with software like this, I can state that PAP has a very good and firm attribution. As an affiliate this is extremely important, because I must be sure that my commissions are getting assigned to me and not get lost somewhere on their way! Another great feature is the dashboard of the software that provides me with everything that I need to track so I can enhance my work!

This software solved all the problems for our affiliate blogger program. Their customer support is exceptional and helped us every step of the way. Definitely recommend this product.
