Support is non-existent and the support they provide cannot even find an email in their own system much less your commissions. Software only works sporadically. You will expend more effort trying to make it work than it's worth.

Nice Website its so good for us

After weeks of testing affiliate software for our travel company, we finally decided on post affiliate pro. They're support is fantastic and prompt (without fail), the tool itself is reliable and packed with tons of features that are easy to use and accessible. The abundance of online tutorials, documentation and support is massive making troubleshooting issues or learning new features relatively easy and best of all, our affiliates that comprise mostly of travel bloggers love using their affiliate dashboard! Very little that can go wrong using PAP.

I am a brand new start up business but I knew from using Post Affiliate Pro as an affiliate with other companies that you were the only way to go. Every time I have needed help I have been given such wonderful support and the back office is very user friendly even for my affiliates that are less computer savy!

So far the program has worked well for what I need. Have great help & support when I need it most!

Seems like a good software although the setup was a lot more difficult than we had anticipated.

I WAS EXCITED TO TRY POST AFFILIATE PRO, GETTING IT UP AND RUNNING WAS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME AND I RECIEVED VERY LITTLE HELP FROM SUPPORT. I ALSO DID NOT LIKE THAT I WASNT ABLE TO CALL A SUPPORT LINE FOR HELP, RATHER I HAD TO SEND AN EMAIL AND ALL I WOULD GET BACK AFTER WAITING WAS LINKS TO INFORMATION THAT WAS UNRELATED TO THE ACTUAL ISSUES I WAS HAVING. IVE CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT AND MOVED ON. THANKS.

I very much enjoy post affiliate pro as my back office for my affiliate program! While it is a bit expensive, many of the features are worth it.

I am really happy with Post Affiliate Pro. I looked around at all the other options out there and PAP fit my needs best because they had the most features and was at a price point that made sense to me.

Their team was also super helpful in helping me set everything up. They are very responsive which I believe is very important.

I have an ecommerce store with 15k products and my goal was to have my program work similar to Amazons and not have it cost a fortune and have it work in real time. PAP did that for me and I don't think there is a better option out there.

I also have a magento store, so they already had a plugin that made integration super easy, so that was another huge plus.

You can tell this companies tries hard and makes a good product, which is all you can ask for.

Post affiliate pro was the best choice for me. User friendly and easy to navigate. Affiliates love it as well because it has a lot of features other affiliate pro don't have. The cost is very reasonably too.
