Cheaper price isn't worth the pain

Opened an account and asked to have it cancelled. Went through their long cancellation survey but for some reason they didn't get it at their end so I was charged again the next month. I emailed and asked for it to be refunded and was refused as I completed the cancellation survey again the previous day which they clocked as the first time.
An email to cancel and perhaps a couple of clicks for terms and conditions of cancellation should be sufficient but it takes you through page after page asking you if you are sure you want to cancel (I know because I did it twice).
Have had to threaten to do a chargeback through the card provider.

Would give a minus rating if I could

Would give a minus rating if I could! Took my money I realised it was Edinburgh based as it comes up when you type in a Glasgow address (algorithm clearly set to capture you). Realised Instantly and emailed them to cancel withing second of signing up. They won’t give me my £120 back and said I can cancel the subscription but they’re not refunding! Absolutely cowboys! I will now be fighting this all the way!

The company wont let you cancel

The company wont let you cancel, they throw all kinds of things at you to cancel to try and force renewals. Recommend not using these for this reason. I have called 3 times and emailed several times, And guess what the person who deals with cancellation is never ever working or available. This part of their operations is a scam.

Good know even in these times crooks like this still want to take your money..

Wish I didn't have to put 1 star.

Be aware of the free trial small print

Be aware that this company doesn't offer an easy way to cancel the subscription, and will try to tie you in to a second payment if you decide this isn't for you. Very unhelpful customer service as well.

I took them to court and won after they overcharged me.

I paid £1 for the trial period. I then cancelled a week later realising it wasn't for me. I thought this was the end of it. But a month later they billed me an additional £12.99 and refused to refund me. There is no trial period, this is totally misleading. In the end I took them to the small claims court and they then paid me £13.99 plus £25 court costs because what they were doing was illegal. They are in fact required to make a full refund within 14 days as per the distance selling rules which they didn't do. I can back this up with a copy of the email correspondence and the county court claim admitting liability.

This company is absolute rubbish

This company is absolute rubbish, letters get sent to them but they don't send it to me. When I contacted them I was told they had issues with Royal Mail, they caused me to receive a fine from council for not responding to a letter that was sent to me for my business. My magazine subscription for 7 months was not sent to me and I confirmed that 7 issues have been sent. Please avoid this company at all cost, they take your money but don't send you your mails. I introduced them to a colleague and they did the same thing to him.

Excellent service

Excellent service. I've been using their London address to receive my post for a few months now and my experience has been great. They forward my post on to me and that's worked without any issues. I got my first month for £1 when all the other companies I looked at wanted large upfront payments.
