Rude staff, poor customer service

I paid them with credit card to ship a document FedEx. It got lost somewhere, they are the paid FedEx shipper, FedEx said "simple, as the shipper, they can initiate an lost shipment investigation" but PostalCenter refused to do so. When I went to inquire why, staff was quite rude. The owner offered a refund IF I went in to the store to get the refund in cash. Replacing this document cost me another $65 on top of the $32 FedEx charge and I am supposed to make another trip there so that he can avoid a credit card chargeback? Do yourself a favor and avoid this place and their high prices and rude staff.

Extortionist charges for shipping.

Were it not for the fact that I'm "grandfathered" into a mailbox rental rate and moving would mean changing a ga-zillion mailing addresses, I'd transfer somewhere else. Brother-in-law recently forwarded some mail to me in France through them. They charged nearly $30 for an envelope and postage - USPS International with tracking. Costs only $20 at PO, and drops to $6 without tracking. To add insult to injury, they sent it as a "commercial" shipment, Cost me an extra 12€ in duties to receive it.
