We have previously worked with Postcard Mania on several of our Postcards. We have tried using other companies but the customer service, and speedy response and unmatched! As well as the pricing. Thank you to everyone at PostcardMania, especially Megan & Bree.

Our attendance continues to increase as we use more and more of Postcardmania's products and services.
The sales force is informative and are not pushy. They took time to learn my business and matched my needs to their products.

Post card mania is responsive has a great and creative team. I have been so happy with every step of the process. Best marketing team I have ver worked with.

My experience with postcardmania was amazing. My account manager was Berthany Fort and she walked me through the process and made me feel like a million dollars. When she found out that my event was coming sooner than later, she made it possible for me to be able to show up with the best looking postcards I ever seen this far.
But that's not all. The design team worked with what I sent them with minimal changes. The final product was phonomenal to say the least. I look forward to working with Bethany on my website which is the next step.
Not to leave without thanking Daniel Douglas his knowledge at the beginning and granted me a discount that was very appealing.

This has been a nice and easy experience for me. Tiffany was awesome to help get things started and Bethany has been great keeping in touch with me through the process! Chelsea’s design had me astonished!!! I do some design work myself so I was a little worried, but her vision was better than anything I could have imagined. She truly captured my style and essence. We used Postcard Mania for the first time for a new store Grand Opening Celebration. They we super easy to work with. Their first draft of the artworks was close to perfect. We think they're great and will use them again for sure.

When talking with them to start my campaign, they had suggested sending 1000 mailers out a month and 3 free months of their advertising on Facebook and Google for my insurance company. After mailing out the first thousand and getting zero responses, I voiced concern. They told me you have to give it at least three mailings before they can evaluate it. So of course, I listened but after the second mailing, getting the same results, I’m still biting my tongue. Meanwhile, I'm paying $360 for first-class postage on all of these.
So the third mailing goes out and out of 3000 cards, I get 2 responses. Also, they informed me there were over 800 clicks to my website, and out of those 800, I got zero calls and zero inquiries via email. The response on that was “at least you got your logo and name out” even though I clearly said that was not the goal. How does that even make sense not even 1 person out of 800 reached out?
Eventually, I finally get to talk to Jordanna in quality control who I was told was the highest-ranking person that I could talk to in the company. Again, I voiced my concern to her. The first words out of her mouth were “we don't guarantee results”. She repeats this at least 10 times during our conversation. I told her I understand it's not a guarantee but what I was looking for was the 1% - 2% response which is what I was told was the performance rate of their campaigns. Again, they told me, “We don't guarantee results”. It seems like that's the only thing they can guarantee is that they don’t guarantee what they say they do.

The whole team is attentive and on top of their game, from the designers, to the campaign manager, and even billing. Every interaction I’ve had has been pleasant and professional. Highly recommended!

Bree, Nick, and Jennifer have been so awesome in helping to create and tailor our mailers for our audience. We reached out for about 15 different changes, and they have always been so kind and willing to help out and make the adjustments. In a couple words, PostcardMania is flexible, courteous, and experts.

From beginning with Daniel in customer service to Cassidy and Raj in product design and delivery, Postcardmania did everything they could to make my mailing design, pricing and timeliness perfect!
I always used a private design printer for my mailings but in a pinch I chose Postcardmania from a Google search.
They took care of everything!

I have been doing mail for years. I mail to over 1000 people who know me. No one ever called me after a mailing and asked me to "come over and list my house" but I always justified it as "building my brand" and "keeping on top of mind". Also, I did have people call and refer to my postcards during the listing process.
I switched to PostCard Mania four months ago. They changed my design so it would be more productive. Even my 96 year old mother commented on how much better "that last card looked".
Plus, each time a card went out I got a call the day they hit. "Greg, we need to sell our house, can you come over when you have time?"
As you know, a call like that can pay for a years worth of mailing.
They know what there doing, they are priced competitively and they know how to design a program that more than pays for itself.
What more can you ask for?
