Service was quick, envelope sent immediately and follow up call within a day of receiving items. Was called to advise items sent was costume delivery and can either dispose free of charge or send back for £15. The site clearly says will return free of charge. If I would have known this I would not have sent this in the first place. Would not recommend to anyone and next time will take to high street jeweller

What a great service I have just received from this company. I had a few gold gem stone rings and some small bits and bobs so my expectations weren't that great. I know nothing about gold prices or the value, if any, of the items I sent in. Having posted my items on Monday afternoon, I received an email on Tuesday evening and after agreeing the offer that was made, the money was in my account by Wednesday morning. Totally happy with the amount offered and even happier that it was all sorted in less that 2 days.

Sent off an 18ct gold 3 stone diamond ring 1.1kt to this company using their special delivery envelope. This was all straight forward. Next day I was contacted by the company offering me £300. They did state that I would likely get more from a local pawn shop which surprised me. They should be offering significantly more than a pawn shop. The caller was a bit patronising on the phone and I requested the ring be returned. Told they will do this within 5 working days. I believe the ring has a second hand value closer to £1000. I was worried at this point that I may not see the ring again, but it arrived back 5 days after the phone call offer. I had a poor experience with this company. I don't believe I was offered anywhere near the rings real value and don't feel I have been unlucky...in that I would take the significant number of positive reviews with a pinch of salt. Given 2 star as the ring was returned otherwise a one star service for the ridiculously low offer. Lastly I don't recommend sending your valuable items this way as I lost sleep waiting to see if it was returned!

The whole process was remarkably straightforward, friendly and professional. The items reached Postgoldforcash the next day and an offer was made later that afternoon! It could not have been swifter. I was delighted with the offer which was again paid incredibly fast. The assistants were very cheerful and helpful and were able to answer all my questions immediately. Posted my item last Thursday in their prepaid postage bag which is guaranteed delivery by 1pm the following day. Didn't hear anything back, so on Saturday I emailed them with a photo of my proof of postage & I still haven't heard anything from them.

A very easy transaction. A good valuation was given over the phone and when accepted, the money was paid by bank transfer within a few hours. A good experience and a very happy customer.
