I love it but I wish it was a more ergonomic shape. Maybe analysis of where people stand maybe I need to turn it on it's other end so I can step back. It's made the world of difference. Lower back, hips, joints are thanking right now. Decent thickness. Hoping it is going to remain nice. I take my shoes off to stand on it.
