It is a foot reset, that doesn't sound like much but you know what don't underestimate it, the curved feet allow for multiple micro adjustments to ensure your feet stay at a comfortable level and the extra height it provides is more than enough to allow you to get the additional height you need on your chair to support yourself correctly. under estimated but over performing, would absolutely recommend

It is a bit on the big bulky side with just the single height level. Adjustable height function would have been better.

A really good footrest for working at home. Good or fidgeting as well!
I've been using this footrest for a couple of weeks and have found it comfortable. It helps reduce pressure on my legs and improves my sitting posture. A great addition to my workspace.
its good as far as footrests go i feel supported and its very sturdy
i do not like that it does not move, it is quite stiff

Great foot stool
This foot rest is comfortable, sturdy, and helps promote my posture while sitting. Its adjustable design makes it easy to find the right position, reducing strain on the legs and lower back. A simple but effective addition to my workstation.
